"I had previously enjoyed a different location of Sushi House, so I decided to try this one. The menu here was different and had fewer vegetarian options, which I accepted. However, I had an unfortunate experience when the server accidentally spilled food on me while packing our dishes at the table. While accidents happen, what was unacceptable was that he tried to blame me for it instead of apologizing. He showed no intention of removing or discounting the spilled item from our bill, nor did he offer to replace the food that ended up in my hair, lap, and on the floor. Furthermore, he appeared visibly upset when we requested a replacement for the spilled portion and rudely discussed our table with his coworkers in front of us. This experience has left a bad impression, and I won't be returning to this location again."

"So we make a reservation for at around which was available on the open table app. I got the confirmation and headed over. When I arrived, the hostess said that they don’t honor reservations made less than hours before arriving... ok???! I kind of put up a fight and they reluctantly sat us down. They give us the menu and leave us alone for around minutes. We picked out what we wanted to eat only for the first waiter to show up and say “we can’t serve any food from the grill because it’s too busy and the kitchen is backed up. It will have to be sushi only”. I was shocked and if that was the case, why didn’t they tell me from when I showed up? I would’ve left and gone elsewhere as I had my year old who definitely doesn’t want sushi. They allowed me to order some fried rice with the food so when that showed up I let my kid have it. We ate some of the food that showed up but AN HOUR later, our appetizer, the kids meal, and one entry still hadn’t shown up. I told the next waiter to just forget it , please give us our bill so we could leave. It truly was a terrible experience"

"Happy Easter. This is my second time here. It left an impression the first time and had to come back and enjoy another delicious meal. The entrance already sets the tone as you enter the property. The pond with red rocks and the trees surrounding it gives it an amazing feeling of peace and tranquility. I love the fu dogs at the entrance and even lovelier with the amethyst stone at the front counter and waiting area. The decor is nice and eye catching. The dragons are magnificent as well. Of course, I am bias because I love anything to do with Asian culture and art. We had an attentive waitress and she did her best to serve us. My friend couldn't get her taste buds with the beverages and she ended up with just lemon water. So happy the waitress was patient with us. It makes a difference in the world. It was appreciative and that says a whole lot for the restaurant itself. We ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and mixed vegetables with garlic sauce and fried rice. We ended up sharing with each other. It was filling and delicious ? ? ?."

"The food was average. I went with a group of ladies, and they mentioned that the salad was quite good. However, the egg drop soup was bland and didn't compare to others I've had. The vegetable dish was excellent, while the other dishes were just okay and lacked the rich flavors I'm accustomed to with Chinese cuisine. The egg rolls were enjoyable. Overall, I would rate it a 3.7."

"This is a small Thai vegan restaurant that I've come to love. I think there are only 4-5 tables inside. There's also no restroom for the public. I usually get mine to go so it hasn't been a problem for me. The things I've tried: Deep Purple: this is eggplant fried tempura style. It was delicious, but the homemade vegan ranch sauce that came with it was watery and added nothing to the dish. Now that I know, I'll ask for some other sauce with it. Drunken Noodles: my niece actually tried this one. She loved it. She asked for extra spicy, but said it missed the mark. She's on another level of spice though. lol Orange Chicken: this was really tasty. The texture of the chick'n was great, and they didn't over sauce it. I'd order again. Bangkok Basil: This is my go-to at almost every Thai restaurant that I go to. Something about the sweet Thai basil that adds to a dish. I got this with chick'n. It was stellar. I highly recommend this if you're looking for vegan options. But be prepared to wait if you want to eat there, or get it to go and enjoy at home."

"Best Thai food I’ve had in San Pedro as a Thai myself. Food was very delicious, although not authentic, I can say it has only slight modification unlike many places in America. Khao Soi is definitely a must try. It’s a rare item and they made a good one. I found a few fusion dishes great too. Staff was really nice. They all speak Thai and good English. The cooking speed is fast. Love it! Parking is free on the next street. The street in front of the restaurant has meters."

"Location atmosphere were good. Definitely need to hire some help with service as it was pretty packed for a Monday lunch.Sadly, the food was lacking. Ordered the Kinnara sampler ... the crispy shrimp was exceptional, but the chicken satay was more like a kabob, the shumai dumplings were dense the spring rolls had too much wrapper compared to filling. Collectively, it was more of a small entree than a light fair appetizer.For an entree, I had the Street Pad Thai with chicken. A little heavy on the oil, but the flavor was good. I 'd go easy on the spice level next time as medium was basically hot for me. My friend had the Tom Yum soup loved it! She also had the Red Curry with chicken, but definitely needed more spice."

"This is a fantastic Thai restaurant situated at a great corner (Los Robles Ave and Orange Grove Blvd). I stumbled upon it by chance and I'll definitely be returning. I ordered takeout, and my meal was ready in under 10 minutes. The Pad Woon Sen (stir-fried Thai glass noodles) was truly the highlight; despite being low in calories, it was flavorful and satisfying. The Pad See Ew, like at every other place I’ve tried, was incredible—no surprises there. The Rock Shrimp was exquisite, deep-fried, and paired with a dipping sauce that I hope is preserved for future generations because it's that good. The Sticky Rice was also delightful. I usually order mine without the mango side, but I bet it would be fantastic with it. Overall, I would give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it!"

"My husband reserved a table here for our anniversary. At first, I was a little let down by the casual ambiance, but the exceptional service more than compensated. There were several vegan choices on the menu and a good selection of wines and beers. We ordered a wonderful bottle of wine, which the waiter poured with great finesse. The food was scrumptious, and we were so content that we decided to skip dessert. However, the waiter then asked if I was vegan (while my husband eats fish) and surprised us with a delightful dish of sticky rice, coconut ice cream, and peanuts. It was absolutely fantastic and such a considerate gesture. I made sure to save room for that delightful dessert."

Shrimp Panang Pumpkin Curry $16 $18 : So I've actually had the shrimp version and the vegetarian version exact same thing without shrimp . The shrimp doesn't really absorb the curry flavor, so it's basically the same curry. The flavor of the curry is amazing! I personally don't like pumpkin, but I'll eat around the pumpkin and my wife eats the pumpkin. The shrimp are large and tasty. If you want to order a curry, I highly recommend trying this one. The portion is good for its price.5. Crispy Hainan Chicken Garlic Rice $19? : This one is absolutely amazing in terms of portion, texture, and taste. You get a deep fried chicken sliced kind of like a chicken katsu. It's served on a bed of very garlicky rice. It's served with a sweet and sour sauce, and a light soup. My go to's are basically this and the crying tiger."

"We have found our new favorite Thai restaurant. The service was lovely friendly, attentive, informative, and sweet. They have such a great team there; every employee was working with us and it seemed seamless. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, andnon crowded. "Came in because I was craving for Thai Ice Tea with their al dente Boba that (I like it that way). Ordered Shrimp Rad Nah. I love it because they stir fried with seasoning and garlic oil first and carefully packed it into the paper box then it is paired with a large plastic container with the tasty slurry soup with broccoli and shrimps! I asked them to make it spicy and they delivered! I looove it! I just wish they give a bigger portion of the noodles because the ratio between soup and noodles was not balanced. Other than that, I'm very satisfied! I'll order it this way again next time. If you can't handle very spicy food, don't just ask for it to be made spicy. Ask for extra hot sauce on the side. Try it!! You will like their food.. their other dishes are delicious as well!"

"Had an interesting experience at this restaurant. Be there at least a hour earlier. ‍ ‍ We saw quite a few customers get turned down. And A customer who sat down, got irate for being reminded 2-3 times about being rushed to order, even started arguing with waitress and the customer got irritated, left the restaurant and didn't order anything. Never seen a waitress so very pushy about their closing time that the two customers left! I understand they have to go home but it's also a business for repeat customers. And being a very small and very narrow restaurant. I would think that each dollar matters. Unlike a Big Huge restaurant.Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing strategy. Some Future Money just flew out the door Just saying. My advice would be put a Big sign saying you CLOSE at 9 but KITCHEN closes at 8 or hour before close. Just my opinion. But over all Food was good 7 out of 10 but definitely overpriced. We ordered the pad Thai, satay chicken sticks , papaya salad and some Thai tea and strawberry slushy It's a good place for some Thai food but get ready to pay quite a bit more than other Thai Restaurants.
