"Small hidden diner overlooking Lake Erie. I thought we would really be sitting overlooking some water, but it 's more looking through a window at the lake, adding in the not so pretty contributing atmosphere such as chipped hand rails, overgrown landscape, and fencing. After reading the other reviews I thought, ok, service is slow but I 've got a hour so things should be good.. I mean, it 's breakfast . The one waitress was very very friendly, but spent extra time talking with what I assume to be locals which delayed any service to other customers. She also had one speed, even as she got busier. The food was excellent when it finally arrived, 15 minutes before I had to go. The home potatoes with onions were fabulous. Steak was over cooked, but had good flavor.,The prices were affordable and very fair. They had tables that were sectioned off for social distance, and an obviously close gentleman friend came and sat in one to wait for a to go order, and he was not asked to move. I think I 'd describe it as a diner used to serving the residents of its community, which puts any new guests on the back burner. I would say might come again, maybe set more time aside to wait.. maybe not. I think if the waitress was more concerned with all her customers over jiving with the locals, things would have been perfect."
