"I think it's great that this restaurant is back on open table. this restaurant is one of our favorites in the neighbourhood. my wife likes the selection on the menu, they can get an appetizer or a meal. this restaurant returns to the community, they have made an excellent work with the keith boyer, I am sure no one thought so many people would participate in taking part for a great thing. the current employees are the best, tonya and megan are great."

"I have been here before and had a good experience. Not this time, I was here on 12/11/21, and the Manager at the door was HORRENDOUS! He was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He was nearly yelling at guests about masks as the stepped foot in the restaurant. I was seated and it took at least 15 mins to be acknowledged. That is okay, there was a Kings Game going on; I understand that. The service was slow, the steak was tough, the mashed potatoes were cold, the macaroni and cheese appeared to have crusted over on the top, and the waitress started at me while I tipped. None of this is why I am leaving a bad review.I stepped back into the restaurant after leaving, because I forgot to use the restroom. That same manager tried to refuse me access to the restroom. He was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I paid over $100 for a lousy dinner and the guy tried to deny me use of the restroom as a paying customer."

"This time I went I got a shrimp and avocado omelette and it was cooked perfect. The shrimp was nicely seasoned and the avocado was nice and ripe my favorite things about Charlie's omelette is how fluffy they are! I had a side of grits and I'm usually really picky about how my grits are cooked but they are one of my favorite places to get grits."

"We came here for a wedding anniversary dinner on a Saturday evening for a nice dinner, figured it was a nice place based on other reviews I read. We walked in and the place was really neat with the decor and old building feel, we were greeted and seated promptly as I had made reservations and sure glad I did. Our server was very nice and welcoming and helpful with the menu, lots of specials on menu for a Saturday night some of which we ordered. We opted for a appetizer the chorizo dip and it was good average but we enjoyed it. Next our main course my wife ordered a Mediterranean Chicken dish and she said it was good and I ordered a dry aged ribeye steak. Food came out in a timely manor but unfortunately my steak was over cooked and VERY tough our server noticed this and gladly took it and was going to have a new one prepared for me, 20 minutes later I got my new steak and the owner personally brought it out it looked delicious until I cut it open and reveal a purple almost cold center (I ordered medium) so he was very taken back by that and returned it back to the kitchen to continue to cook it, at this time my wife’s meal was getting cold and I told her to enjoy it while it’s still somewhat warm. So our server came by and I just told her to cancel my steak we had more plans that evening and we couldn’t keep pushing the timeline for our evening, so the owner returned with a steak for the third time and we had already expressed that we had to leave and explained that to him as well so needless to say I didn’t get to have any steak that evening. The owner was a standup guy obviously removed the steak from my bill and was very embarrassed about the turn of events and gave us a gift card for a future visit. Over all all the food was good service was good not as high end as I was expecting but I can see how it would be a nice evening to dine there."

"Paula was very nice and courteous and took care of our family well. Bread brought fresh and hot, drinks refilled, made sure we had everything we needed. Food was fresh and well made. Good family meal as usual. We've been coming here for many many years. Delicious. We will be back for sure."

"My husband and kids took me to eat there for Mexican Mothers Day.. I had been wanting to go there for such a long time (but I am picky, so I was hesitant) anyway.. It was super busy so we waited 25 minutes to be seated.. Once seated our server Juan came over and took our order for our drinks.. He brought them out quickly and took our order for appetizers, when he brought them out he also brought the DELICIOUS bread.. Needless to say we loved the place.. My kids are picky eaters and they loved it.. Juan is an AWESOME waiter, he set the bar high for the rest of the staff.. We will be returning soon.. Thanks Juan for your great service!"

"We came here for a steak dinner. The parking lot was clean but there wasn't a lot of parking spots. When we got in the door we were welcomed warmly and had a short 10 minute wait. The waitress was awesome. She took great care of us and gave us all the time we needed, this was our first time here. There was a good variety on the menu. We ordered and the hot rolls were quickly brought to our table. The meal was close behind. The steak was cooked to perfection though it seemed small. The combination plate was huge with great flavors. They did a good job. I recommend this place."

"Roadhouse is a great spot with refreshing drinks and delicious food. We used to come in for happy hour all the time and can't wait for that to come back. In the meantime, I just tried the country cognac chicken with garlic green beans and mashedpotatoes, and it was really good. The Texas eggrolls are also a must try, very crispy and cheesy, with a spicy sweet chilisauce. Their incredibly soft bread and honey butter is always one of mt favorite parts. The staff is always friendly andattentive, and the food came out quickly even though it was busy. I highly recommend if in the area!"

"How can this place be out of everything at 8 pm on a Saturday night when they close at 10? Do give me the were that busy bs either. This is a trend with this place. Walked up, see another couple having to review the menu again because they 're completely out of chicken. I start with ok, what are you guys out of? (Again, typical regardless of time of day). The employee responds with we 're out of chicken, Fried pickles and Mac Cheese ... Mac Cheese??????!!!! How are you not able to even keep up with basic sides that even Chilis has on deck??! But whatever, I can live with that. Proceed to place my order and before I even get rib.... Out she immediately responds with we 're out of ribs . So apparently they ran out of ribs in the 30 seconds it took from when I asked what they were out of. This place is good and I enjoy the food but management is lacking. If I showed up 10 minutes prior to closing, I 'd get it. But two hours?? That 's not demand, that 's BAD MANAGEMENT. To the manager: get it together."

"My dad and I decided to enjoy a burger and a few beers to wrap up our day. Initially, we were uncertain if the restaurant was open since the parking lot was quite empty. However, the house beer on tap was fantastic! I ordered a burger and fries from the happy hour menu, and they were spot on. We also had the hot Texas egg and sweet rolls as an appetizer, which were delicious. I highly recommend trying some authentic Roadhouse food!"

"My friend and I have met here frequently over the past year and always sit in the bar area. We don?t order anything special, just beer and a chicken salad. Today our server was great, and attentive, but typically it?s sub par. What hit me right awaywhen entering the facility today was the disgusting smell of the bathroom. My friend and I smelled it right away when we enteredthe restaurant. The bathroom has always smelled like sewer, but this was the first time we could smell it when entering therestaurant. Before we left we made the mistake of using the bathroom. The smell was HORRIBLE! It smells like the sewer is backedup. A port-a-potty smells better than this place. I don?t understand how this is even considered up to code. Nor do I understandhow anyone can stomach sitting anywhere near the restrooms (in the dining area), because we were all the way in the bar andcould still smell it. ???? It?s absolutely foul!!"

"The atmosphere is always great, the building has that old town feel without the gross. The bathroom is updated which is always good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't think we've ever had a server we didn't like. The food is so good. I typically get the same dish (blackened Chicken Alfredo) which is amazing but my husband gets a variety of dishes and can never decide what to get."
