"I really enjoy Rally's and think their food is excellent. However, one thing that frustrates me is receiving the wrong items with my orders. For instance, when I order a Baconzilla without ketchup, without mayo, and with cheese sauce, I expect exactly that—not one with excessive mayo, a bit of ketchup, and no cheese sauce. Similarly, when I order one of their limited-time Sourdough Burgers, I shouldn't end up with a regular hamburger on plain, untoasted white bread. At that point, my order has been completely altered, and it's not what I paid for. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring problem; during my last three visits to this Rally's location, they haven't been able to get my orders right at all. This is a significant concern and is making me rethink my choice for family takeout nights."
