"I absolutely adore this place! I've been ordering from here since 2008. As an Egyptian, their falafel reminds me of Sunday lunches with my grandmother. It’s authentic in every sense. The blue fries are amazing, and the gyros are perfect. The eggplant is fantastic as well. The owners are great, and the service is wonderful. When we order the pizza, we usually ask for it to be well done. I'm getting ready to place an order now!"

Exploring the menu has been a delightful experience. The food is incredibly tasty and consistently high-quality in every aspect I can think of. "Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional. Did I say exceptional??? The service by Kevin was super!!! the food was delicious, the owner was walking around the restaurant, helping out her staff. Clean, nice ambiance. Great white sangria, the tortellini, fried ravioli, and vegetarian stuffed shells were delish. Their bread was to die for. We were so pleased with everything, we ordered a 14 inch NY style supreme pizza to go. This definitely beats all other Italian restaurants we've dined in Savannah. "I have ordered from this restaurant a few times. The first time, I was impressed. The second time, I felt like they didn't give me a sufficient amount of tofu and veggies. This time, they definitely skimped out on me. There were only 5 pieces of tofu, compared to the block or half block that most places give you. There were only 4 pieces of broccoli, half of which were tiny, and 3 pieces of carrots. As for the onion, I only found two tiny slices. I called and they gave me a refund, but I was really disappointed and sad while eating my food."

"We love this place. The food is fabulous. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Meals are reasonably priced. I got the California Burrito $16.95), which is my favorite. Hearty portions. Comes with plenty of rice and refried bean. We went on a Saturday evening around 6pm. Fairly crowded but no wait. Great atmosphere. Ample parking. We go here often. "If you receive a promo from them, do not try to use! I was sent a promo that I needed to make a reservation to use. I even received several emails and texts confirming my reservation and asking if I was still able to make it. When I got to the store (which is far away from me by the way) the host had no idea what I was talking about, not about reservations nor about the birthday promo I was given and showed him on my phone. He went to ask someone and came back and sat us, but it did not seem like he understood still. So I showed the email and asked if it would be honored. He seemed very confused so another person came to see if they could help. He seemed confused as well so he asked if he could show my phone to the other staff in back. When he came back he said none of them had ever seen such a thing before and they had no idea what it was! Keep in mind, this was a promo I received by signing up with this company directly through their website. Thankfully he offered to give me a discount for my troubles, but it was a huge fiasco and not at all what should have happened. Why would you send out promos that you do not intend to honor, especially since it was for my birthday and I had received many confirmations prior to my visit, even the day of?"

"It took about 15 minutes to receive our food, and it seemed a bit slow considering there were only two guys working. When we got home and opened our food, it looked decent. However, I discovered that the egg on my Protein plate was crunchy because it had eggshell in it. I checked the Loco Moco plate and found eggshell in the sunny side up fried egg as well. This is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. The cleanliness of the facility was also lacking, although the guy at the register was friendly. Some additional training for the staff in the kitchen would greatly improve the overall experience."

"Andale in Los Gatos is a clear winner. I had never made arrangements for a group of 30 before, and the manager, Carlos, helped curate a special, economical dinner which felt quite grand and elegant. I was excited to tell people where we celebrating. We walked in to the patio to find a lovely, green space. The table was set with specially printed menus and people were able to pick their starter and main course and enjoy aqua fresca and/or iced tea/lemonade and dessert. I was expecting buffet trays but everyone got beautifully plated dishes, which made the dinner more formal. People LOVED the food. I got the salmon and it was incredibly flavorful and a great portion size I need to return for more salmon. The amazing food, drinks, set up, service, and the lovely patio space made the evening feel perfect and elegant. This is a great place to make fond memories for important occasions."

"We have eaten here several times. The first time was great. Great food, nice environment, overall good experience. We did love their pho soup and garlic noodles were great. They have a large menu and many things to choose from. Went back several times and each time has gotten progressively worse. The last time we were there, we received two things that were incorrect, some of which were charged at a higher price point. They upcharge for substitutions and don 't tell you. Tonight, the quality of the food was inedible. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and what arrived looked like plastic. It broke in half when we bent it to show the server. Her response to us was, I never order the chicken here because they always overcook it. She did remove it from our bill but still....The last two times (we didn 't pay as much attention the first times), they added a 20% gratuity for a party of 6 when we only had 3 people at our table, and didn 't tell us. She actually denied it when we asked. I was really excited to find this new place but we won 't be coming back anymore. Goodbye Vietnam."

"On our way home from the beach we decided to give Port Chop a try. Since we had never been here before we ordered the platter that came with everything. On the positive side, the pork ribs were good. Unfortunately, that's about the only positive thing Ican say. The beef was ok but overcooked; and, the French fries were stale. In addition, the platter is supposed to come with twopieces of chicken. We asked for two chicken thigs. What we received were pieces of a dried out breast. We also ordered rice andbeans and got yellow rice instead. It appears that nothing is cooked to order and attention to detail was not a concern. Thiswas an order to go. If we lived closer we would have returned the food. Save yourself the trip."

After we ate dinner we walked to The Center Of The Universe and went to a few local places all within walking distance. Makes for a fun evening! I had the Babb Mi fried chicken, minus the jalapeños. My friend had the Pao Bowl.Really good food, very different. The foods infused into a really nice flavor. The cilantro with the cucumber and the sauce all of it infused very well."
