"We have eaten here several times. The first time was great. Great food, nice environment, overall good experience. We did love their pho soup and garlic noodles were great. They have a large menu and many things to choose from. Went back several times and each time has gotten progressively worse. The last time we were there, we received two things that were incorrect, some of which were charged at a higher price point. They upcharge for substitutions and don 't tell you. Tonight, the quality of the food was inedible. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and what arrived looked like plastic. It broke in half when we bent it to show the server. Her response to us was, I never order the chicken here because they always overcook it. She did remove it from our bill but still....The last two times (we didn 't pay as much attention the first times), they added a 20% gratuity for a party of 6 when we only had 3 people at our table, and didn 't tell us. She actually denied it when we asked. I was really excited to find this new place but we won 't be coming back anymore. Goodbye Vietnam."

The meat was flavorful, but the portion size felt small compared to the amount of noodles, possibly because I opted for fresh noodles. I was a bit confused, as I thought the dish didn't come with noodles unless specifically requested. Better descriptions on the menu could have clarified this and helped avoid the confusion.

I’ve dined here multiple times at various locations, and I just tried the honeydew milk tea for the first time—it's fantastic! The delivery was prompt, too. The garlic shrimp fresh rolls were excellent; the wrap wasn't sticky, the lettuce was fresh and crisp, and the shrimp was flavorful. The pho was well-packed and delicious as ever! I would definitely order from here again.

The Hello Vietnam location on Shea is simply the best. My kids and I love this place and everything on the menu. From the crispy, fresh calamari to the fragrant pho, we find ourselves returning at least once a week—if I'm being modest! The elegant ambiance creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal. *After writing this I looked at the other reviews and all of the five star reviews are clearly paid for and are really poorly written* What a big disappointment. I am so confused how this place has 4 stars. It is a cool looking restaurant and the servers were nice and attentive, but that was the most bland Vietnamese food I have ever had. I had the bánh mì and the pork tasted like chewy nothingness. If this is your first time trying Viet food please go to Lee’s Sandwiches for Bánh mì and Phở Thành for phở.

Takeout review: When the temperatures drop in the desert, I love treating myself to pho from this place. During the summer, I usually prefer cold dishes. My husband surprised me with takeout for lunch on Monday—a lovely gesture! I had chicken pho while he enjoyed shrimp curry (the yellow kind). It was delicious and just what we needed to warm us up.
