"The shrimp was lightly battered and limp, the potato was cold, stiff and dried out, the Flounder was limp, lightly breaded and not at all like pictured, it was in tiny pieces chopped up. The salad was all hard pieces and carrots overkill, hardly had any of the other ingredients pictured..even the French fries were cool and limp...all the food was cool to the touch like it had been sitting out all day.And yet when I arrived, I had to wait about 4 minutes because the kitchen was behind. Was very disappointed. RL use to be known for great food and huge fresh helpings, now its expensive food not worth the cost. So remember just because it looks and appears nice, doesn't mean the food will be. Sorry to say they have seen the last of me if this is how their food is as a norm.PS: I tried to add RL menu pictures so you could see a side by side of what they say they serve and what we actually get, but my phone won't let me attach them. If I find out how soon, I'll post them so you can see the huge difference."
