"Our server was not very efficient (Her name is Corey); she was very nice, but seemed overwhelmed. It took her 40 minutes to get our salads after we ordered. Then, we noticed that everyone around us was getting their food, including a party of 12, and they all arrived after us. We arrived at 6:00 and at 7:15 still didn’t have our food. I know weekends are busy in restaurants and don’t mind waiting, but when everyone else that arrived after us was getting their food in 15-25 minutes and we weren’t, something is wrong! When I asked the server, she said it was coming up then. The food still hadn’t came at 7:30, so I went and got a manager. She was very nice; had our food out immediately, but one of the steaks was ice cold. We sent it back and a chef brought it out. Nice touch there. I was surprised that the manager didn’t do some “service recovery”. Didn’t offer us a discount or anything like usually happens. Not sure we will be back to this particular Red Lobster. There’s another location which is a little further from our house, but makes it worth the drive."

in the last 10-15s he is on the hill. I used to be with my grandmother when I was younger. I'm not going too often. I'll say I went during vows and everything was great, but I don't expect that if they don't have a big one. View menu

I get a good service. I often have chickens, but have many meal times, consisting of garnel and fish, which were cooked accordingly. it's a chain and the cookies are good, but that's oklahoma. they will not really be able to go to the sea and take their dinner directly from the sea.

my priority seat registration was of no use, since the dame did not even check on her computer at the reception. she just wrote my name on a piece of paper (was for all other diners) and let me wait. the waiting time was very reasonable. eating was very salty. service was excellent.

terrible server. some of the younger server speeches müll over their tabs in one of the pos (point of sale) systems next to our table. I overheard them to make fun of their various tables, to say rude things about the guests, and experienced only a complete lack of professionalism. I worked for the Darden group (the company that red lobster, olive garden, bahama breeze, etc., and I know that if I had treated customers like this server, I would have been fired. View menu

Everybody's been to Red Lobster. One of the few places where I would go for the biscuits rather than the fish. How can a place that serves overcooked salty fish make the most fluffy and yummy biscuits at the same time? The interior is dated, straight out of the 1980s with all the stereotypical fisherman bling on the walls its pricey but you knew that. If there ever was one rule all corporate chains need to follow is lay off the salt! If any of your cooks are smokers, fire them immediately, smokers have numb tongues and can't taste food properly to season it.

Still the only real choice for seafood in norman. Granted this is a chain, yes the biscuits are the best thing there. but they do have fresh fish options and there seafood is consistent. As far as too much salt goes from another review i personally have not eaten salt in over 5 years and i did not detect saltiness in the last 2 times we've eaten there. I looked at the other reviewers history and he tends to deal in the negative with a lot of fast food reviews?? And as the place is always packed that should verify that the food is at least decent which it is. After trying the big tuna which was a let down red lobster is the only REAL choice for fish in norman period.
