"Neither of us had been to Rothmans steakhouse in a while so we decided to give it a try again. The valet parking was convenient first pulling up. We had reservations and we were a few minutes late but we were seated immediately. The place was packed. The seats and tables are very close to each other and it was very loud. Eventually you adjust to the noise but it makes it a bit hard to hear. We ordered the burrata mozzarella appetizer which was very good. I ordered the filet mignon cooked Pittsburgh (black and blue) but it came cooked medium well instead. I had to send it back as I can 't eat meat overcooked. My friend ordered the bone in rib eye medium but came medium rare. The flavor was good. We also ordered 2 sides which were creamed spinach and mashed sweet potatos with pecans, both of which were good. The manager was very friendly and came by to check on us quite a few times, and when he realized the issues we had with our steaks being cooked incorrectly he was kind enough to comp our desserts! We had the creme brulee which is a classic and was good. We also had the apple tart with vanilla ice cream which was good also. After our dinner we had a drink at the bar which is very pretty and the bartenders were very nice. All in all it was a nice night"

"I thought New York prime was a very great restaurant. We’ve gone there many times, I had lobster and I could only get a 3 1/2 pounder. They don’t have anything smaller and the waiter cracked it and opened it up for me, my girlfriend had a junior fillet with the mashed potatoes and cheese, which was excellent. For dessert we had the famous cheesecake which we split. Looking forward to going back next month. "

"This was a takeout order number 2E83B . This place continuously disappoints with the quality of food. I ordered A dozen cheddar bay biscuits, lobster baked potato and lobster linguine. The biscuits were dry, overcooked and did not have the buttery garlic herb seasoning. The lobster were overcooked on all the dishes. I was served with plain spaghetti noodles topped with overcooked lobster, my dish was not tossed in lobster sauce. This place lacks quality management. I drove back to Red Lobster to get my order corrected but I was given the same poor quality food. I do not recommend this location. If you are interested in buttery biscuits I would recommend Popeyes biscuits and if you are interested in seafood I would recommend you go to Crab Bite or destination seafood house."

"Went out to dinner with another couple, that asked us to join them at a Texas Steak place. We waited an hour 15 mins. I discovered that Red Lobster had spots available. When we arrived, we sat for maybe 5 mins. They escorted us to the table. Due to an injury, I am using a knee walker scooter. Once I was seated, the manager came straight over offered a safe place to ‘park’ it. The waitress was absolutely spot on. We never had empty drinks or biscuits. The four of us were so pleased. The meal was great, the service was even better! Next time this will be FiRST on our list!! Thank you Red Lobster for a great night out!"

"I feel I have reviewed Chophouse 47 before...but don 't see it now. Anyway, this has been our go-to special restaurant. The place we go to celebrate. The food is probably the BEST of anywhere...usually! Service and atmosphere is typically exceptional as well. It wasn 't the case this time. I will start with atmosphere...generally it is quiet enough to be considered romantic. Low conversation is possible. This time, the music was so loud! People trying to talk over the music made it worse. Next up is service. This was the worst service that we have had on any visit here. I get that this is possibly due to the huge Christmas crowd...just not what we are used to at the Chophouse. Lastly...food! As usual, the steaks are the best prepared of anywhere in the world that we have eaten!!. The cheesy potatoes were horrible! It was OBVIOUS that it was powdered potatoes. They were soooo watered down! "

"My husband rode 63 miles at the Bike the Beach fundraiser and wanted a nice steak dinner. I found New York Prime and made a same-day reservation. The service was impeccable! The food was beautifully prepared. We enjoyed the Special drink, a Pink Kiss, to benefit breast cancer research in honor of our daughter. I ordered the Oysters Rockefeller and my husband ordered the Delmonico Ribeye cooked with Cajun butter. We thought both dishes were delicious. For dessert we shared the apple pie with ice cream and a double espresso and cappuccino. Utterly yummy!! We really appreciated the old school service style and the lovely atmosphere. Several other parties were celebrating special occasions, and the restaurant was very helpful in making their evenings special. We really love knowing New York Prime is in our home town."

"This was my first time at a Ruth's Chris and I was impressed. Our server Kyle was amazing. He was very nice and attentive to us. We started with the caesar salad and it was nice. Plenty of dressing, just the way I like it. We ordered the petit filets, I added the blue cheese topper. It was delicious, but there was a hefty amount of the blue cheese so if you aren't a fan of the flavor I don't recommend it. It balanced with the rich flavor of the steak perfectly. I had the mashed potatoes. They were so creamy and buttery! Needed a pinch of pepper though. My mom had the sweet potatoes and oh my gosh! They were stunning. Very, very sweet though. The restaurant itself was very nice. Quiet and dim. We were sat at a booth which I was happy about because I saw another review saying the chairs weren't comfortable. Overall, great experience and I totally recommend it if you are in the mood for a tasty steak!"

"IT WAS A VERY GREAT EVENING FROM THE FOOD TO THE SERVICE . OUR SERVER MET EVERY TASK WE ASKED TO A TEE . WE WERE ALSO SURPRISED THAT WE GOT AN ANNIVERSARY CHEESECAKE AT THE END BUT IT WAS SO HARD TO FINISH BECAUSE WE WERE SO FULL WITH OUR ENTREES. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING AGAIN ."

"Despite making a reservation with a request to be seated in a quiet place we were led to a table between tables with lots of people yet the place seemed 8o% empty. We then requested the empty end table but were told it was set for a party of five. Imagine my disappointment when two people were then seated at the 'alleged ' table for 5 just after we sat down. A pure level of disrespect when there are many other fine newer steak houses all around. The next day the restaurant called me to say thank you. I told them nicely how we felt. The manager who clearly wasn 't listening, responded, oh no need to apologize ! Seriously? Whether a tourist, a billionaire or someone using savings to take someone out special, we all deserve to be treated respectfully and appreciated for our patronage without their snobby arrogance."

"I was excited to try the food menu at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was not impressed with the dishes. My friend ordered the grouper, which I thought was lacking in flavor. I decided to try the jerk chicken, which was tasty as it was coated in a delicious jerk sauce. However, the crab dip was missing the crab. Despite the disappointing food, the service was excellent and the ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful."

"The servers were excellent—very friendly and efficient. However, my pan-fried chicken was quite tough, which was a bit disappointing. My dining companion had the lamb and was very pleased with their choice. I made the mistake of choosing the bar-height tables, which were uncomfortable for someone with shorter legs. Next time, I'll be sure to request a regular table. I'll also give the lamb a try next time, as it seems more to my taste."

"Had a great evening and meal including a great wine. Jerry our server was fantastic and to top it off, I made an ordering mistake – totally my fault – which resulted in a higher charge than I expected. When we highlighted it to our server he checked with the manager and an adjustment was made. Again, the mistake was mine. That’s the definition of customer service and building loyalty. Will definitely be back and would recommend without hesitation. "

"The singer was amazing was the hilite of our evening. I came with 3 friends that have never been to Mastros- we ordered the shucked raw oysters to start I have never been to any restaurant that didn’t cut the oyster from the shell!!! We had to cut it with our knives pick the shells out of our mouths… horrible! It was like eating egg shells. I asked the server if this is normal (as it’s very strange) she said no- that’s not normal she’ll mention it to the chef… nothing was ever done or mentioned again to us. When we got the bill, we waited over 40minutes for anyone to come back to us… we finally waived down another server she started to process our bill. Our server finally came back apologized saying she got stuck downstairs (whatever that means). We ended up being there for almost 4hrs!!!! I’ve been to Mastros several times never had such bad service… sadly my friends won’t likely come back."

"The RUDEST staff I have encountered. The only reason for the 3 stars is the meal was prepared perfectly. Me and my guests had snow crab legs and they were worth every dollar. My daughter has bad allergies and I paid a lot of money for tissues for her. She left them on the table when we left but realized it immediately. She went back in to retrieve them but was told there was nothing in lost and found(weird because we literally just walked out). I then went in and spoke with Natalia explaining that we just left how could they be gone? I asked if they were thrown away and she nastily rolled her eyes and walked away. I waited another 15 min and when she walked by I asked once again but got told she?s busy ? I then witnessed her go in the back laughing as she dug my tissues out of the garbage. April was given them to hand to me and had no clue what just happened. April was kind and understood as I just paid 160$ for Dinner and was treated very poorly. Thanks April you went above and beyond and your kindness is appreciated. Will drive to another red lobster before ever eating here again!!!!"

"My husband and I came in yesterday evening for dinner with our family. I requested a booth and the hostess had picked a great place for our family to sit (off in the corner). My daughter, son in law and my 9 month old grandson. Co was our waiter for such a young man we were impressed by the service he provided. As many times he had run our table, he still made time to be available to check on us. The cook (who ever worked on the eve of 6/30) did an amazing job. Our Ultimate Feasts were served hot, prompt and delicious! I would say the beverages from the bar were a little weak, but reasonably priced. We haven't been to Red Lobster for a few years... knowing how well it is managed, the food and service we just may become regulars to this establishment. Thank you for a great evening!"

"WEDDING REHEARSAL DINNERRed Lobster gave us the best rehearsal dinner deal we could find anywhere! There was no deposit or venue fee for a private room with a projector or a private part of the restaurant (if you have more than the 35 people that fit in the room). We gave them a ballpark headcount in advance, but it didn’t cost us anything when we had fewer guests than expected. They let us choose our own menu and printed it for us at no extra charge. They were courteous and attentive at every step of the process. We felt like royalty. They even offered to set up a separate bar for us so our guests could get their drinks faster. And we just paid for food and drinks plus 20% gratuity.The food and drinks were great (big servings, so lots of folks had leftovers). The staff was polite and never in the way. During the planning process, Red Lobster was our most responsive vendor. I love Red Lobster and this is a great location. I recommend it for a normal night out (we come here often) or any event."

"Popped in here after craving something fishy. Ordered fish and chips. Fish was fried, crispy and the filet was huge! Ordered slaw as a side and it was disgusting. Friend ordered shrimp scampi and a salad. The salad had nice big slivers of shaved Parmesan on it. The interior was decent. Wasn’t in terrible shape, the exterior though wasn’t as well kept and some of the facade needed repairs. Our server was nice and prompt. The cheddar bay biscuits were tasty too. For a chain restaurant I think it’s good. I didn’t look at a drink menu but I’m sure they have similar drinks to Bahama Breeze. Which are typically very good. All soda and tea were $2.99 each."
