"Neither of us had been to Rothmans steakhouse in a while so we decided to give it a try again. The valet parking was convenient first pulling up. We had reservations and we were a few minutes late but we were seated immediately. The place was packed. The seats and tables are very close to each other and it was very loud. Eventually you adjust to the noise but it makes it a bit hard to hear. We ordered the burrata mozzarella appetizer which was very good. I ordered the filet mignon cooked Pittsburgh (black and blue) but it came cooked medium well instead. I had to send it back as I can 't eat meat overcooked. My friend ordered the bone in rib eye medium but came medium rare. The flavor was good. We also ordered 2 sides which were creamed spinach and mashed sweet potatos with pecans, both of which were good. The manager was very friendly and came by to check on us quite a few times, and when he realized the issues we had with our steaks being cooked incorrectly he was kind enough to comp our desserts! We had the creme brulee which is a classic and was good. We also had the apple tart with vanilla ice cream which was good also. After our dinner we had a drink at the bar which is very pretty and the bartenders were very nice. All in all it was a nice night"

The best place to go for a wonderful dining experience. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is upscale, and the cocktails are boozy!

The Sunday Buffet was magnificent! Like being at the Winn Hotel in Las Vegas, it was that good and even better because of the fresh lobsters! If you have a good appetite this is the place to go on Sunday afternoon. You will be pleasantly surprised at the layout of food and desserts. Fresh lobsters, oysters, clams, shrimp, steak, chicken francaise, eggs, lox, whitefish, pancakes, waffles, blintz, etc, etc. So much and all so good... View menu

The food was mostly good, but my biggest complaint is comfort in their main dining room. Admittedly it’s been two years since I was last there, but they now have added tables very close together. You feel like you are packed in like sardines. The whole night you hear other people’s conversation and patrons are bumping into your chair all evening. If you’re lucky enough to get a coveted booth along the outer perimeter you will enjoy your experience.

The lamb was not served to the doneness requested. The waiter tried to convince us it was. Eventually was cooked a little more and re served. It was better but not ideal. At the conclusion of the meal we were given the leftovers of both meals in a to go bag. Upon arriving home, the pieces of rack of lamb were not in the bag. (not the end of the world, although still costly $69. Two contacts via their website and an email received no response from management. There are plenty of other options for great quality steaks and chops.

Ok, this is the third consecutive year that my wife and daughters took me to Rothmann’s Steakhouse for Fathers’ day. I always have the same experience, FANTASTIC! The food is delicious and made with care, the presentation is unbelievable, and is in abundance for the brunch. It is always clean, and servers and hosts are amazing! It tends to get crowded on a day like today but comes in waves, so servers are around, but keep your eyes peeled. I have everything positive to say about this place, and nothing negative. Very Highly recommend. View menu

Thought the food was ok. Had higher expectations given the reviews, the pictures, and the value but was slightly disappointed. Our steak looked burnt on the outside, and it was cooked consistently. 2 people wanted theirs well done and 3 of us wanted medium rare. Our meats all came out different we mostly ordered the same two steak. Some of our meat was overly dry, one was essentially rare, and then the 2 who wanted well got theirs like medium rare. A bit confused by the standard. Overall, the service was nice though. The creme brûlée was also good, though sweet. The Brussels sprouts were a bit dry with no flavor so was also disappointed. I think this place wasn’t too bad, but would probably...

What a great upscale steakhouse. The atmosphere is very classy (e.g., valet service, beautiful architecture, trendy bar area, classy restaurant seating and properly dressed wait staff). There are a ton of drink options including wine and spirits with detailed menus separate from the food. Dinner menu is typical of a steakhouse with the addition of sushi. We were waited on by two waiters that were definitely tending to our needs but not very informed on our questions; they were ill informed about the oysters and the specials for the night. The food and drinks were good, but it was nothing incredible. Sushi was fresh, oysters were ice cold and nicely shucked, but the steak and salmon dishes se...

"Rerurned to Rare 650 tonight after a few years. Overall the dinner was ok. Not amazing but not terrible. I was surprised that they had openings every 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Ok, maybe it's a slow season after summer is over. We we seated right away, great : But got the worst table right by the kitchen path. So, every time someone passed by they hit the back of my chair without a word of apology. The drinks came afrer 25 min wait. Every table got a bread basket with butter, we didn't get any butter. At the middle of the meal the waiter came and took the olive oil bottle that was on the table, ok, they might've really needed it : Overall, the service was underwhelming. Nobody came to check on us after we ordered. Now to food. Starters were tuna watermelon ceviche and short rib wellington. Tuna had a little fishy taste and was so fatty, def not sushi-grade tuna. I left 90% of it untouched on the plate. Nobody even asked me why when they took my plate. Short rib wellington was ok. Short rib tasted good but the pastry was served on the side and didn't add anything to the dish. Entres were seared lamb chops, marimated skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and mushrooms. The lamb chops were really good, so were the mushrooms. The skirt steak ordered medium rare came out rare. Better than overdone. So, it wasn't sent back. It came with a weird bbq/ horseradish sauce which was so overpowering, so glad we ordered chimichurri. Drinks were good. Smoked old fashioned was very balanced and mild in bourbon flavor. The first drink came under the dome with the smoke comimg out of it, the second one was just delivered to the table with no presentation. I guess it was an ok meal, but considefing the price point and the restaurant's reputation, I expected much more."
