"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to a staff member named Reed. I had to step outside to look for my debit card, which I might have lost or had stolen, and spent about 30 minutes searching for it. When I came back to reorder my meal, I was told that I had to accept the cold fish, fries, hush puppies, and red beans and rice that had already been prepared. Reed then raised her voice at me in front of other customers, making a scene and being overly dramatic. I even recorded the entire incident. Instead of showing any understanding, she kept insisting, "You don’t have to buy anything, you can leave," which only added to my frustration. This experience was so negative that I have no desire to return to this restaurant again, all because of Reed's inappropriate behavior."
