The woman who took my order was lovely and hospitable. She was very professional and kind. Now onto the food - the Chilean dish was flavorful and delicious.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and eager to take my order. They made sure to give me exactly what I wanted and I later devoured the Gator Oysters. I also ordered a side of Red Beans and Rice, which had a slight kick to it. Overall, the food was delicious.

Quick, helpful service. Gumbo was good with nice portion size. Fried catfish batter was excellent but fish was a bit mushy but we ate it all. Fried shrimp were excellent. Sides of red beans and rice were tasty and generous portions. Dir Coke from the fountain was good. Go there!!! View menu

I visited the restaurant on a snowy day and was pleased to find that they were open. The salmon I ordered was probably the best I've ever had, and the boudin balls were delicious. I am now a new customer thanks to their excellent service. The menu selection was very good as well. Thank you for being open during the snowy weather.

Really good! I had the ? Ettoufe', my daughter had Fried Shrimp, and my son had the Crawfish Po Boy. (Sorry, no pics) I am a repeat customer, but it was a first for them. They were very happy with their choices and said they would def return!! I always get the medium jumbo shrimp basket. It comes with 6 jumbo fried shrimp, battered fries, and 2 hush puppies. It is usually very good, though occasionally the fries aren't crispy enough. My only real issue is that the only diet soda they have is Diet Coke, which I find disgusting. Any other diet would be fine, even Coke Zero. Shrimp Ettoufe on a bed of rice with a side, 2 hushpuppies, slice of buttered grill toasted bread. Need I say more? K. I will. Mom and Dad had fried shrimp and fried catchfish . Perfectly cooked. Sweet tea was awesome coz it tasted like fresh brewed tea with sugar and not like sugar water and refills were free. Place was very clean and the staff friendly. Tables had a wide variety of condiments. Portions seemed good as none of us could eat everything on our plates. Oh, but, you never leave any of a meal that good behind so we loaded the leftovers into to go boxes and they will be great for dinner. Recommend!!!

Today while for lunch I stopped and grabbed food from here for myself and hubby. Hubby went in and orded. His food was perfect no complaints on his. (SEAFOOD BOIL) However I was missing one shrimp and my chicken tenders. I understand mistakes happen but it's all in the way you correct your error. I made it home to eat to find out I'm missing food so I give them a call they were extremely rude and acting as if I ate the chicken strips and the 1 shrimp. They offered me a 5 to 10 buck catch cash and said that's all she could do. I wasn't asking for money back. A sincere apology goes a long way with customer service which they lack. My fish was soggy and shrimp tasted like it was fried in 3 day...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to a staff member named Reed. I had to step outside to look for my debit card, which I might have lost or had stolen, and spent about 30 minutes searching for it. When I came back to reorder my meal, I was told that I had to accept the cold fish, fries, hush puppies, and red beans and rice that had already been prepared. Reed then raised her voice at me in front of other customers, making a scene and being overly dramatic. I even recorded the entire incident.
