"We tried a bite of the corn, and my daughter sampled the sausage as well. However, when our food was brought back, it was exactly the same as what we had before. I was feeling under the weather, so I couldn’t help but think that the kitchen may have just returned the seafood to the same unseasoned broth. This feels unethical to me, as I can’t be sure which corn was touched by my plate. My daughters have dined at the Baton Rouge location and have always had positive experiences, so it’s disappointing that my one time joining them resulted in such a negative experience.
Our waitress, Brittany, was friendly and attentive, which was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing visit. I ended up paying over $65, and I left feeling very unsatisfied."
