"Arrived for reservation time and was seated promptly. That was the best part of the meal. The waiter seemed to have an attitude because of the way the tables were arranged for a party of 5 and was subpar overall. The one appetizer came out wrong and had to be sent back. The entrees took forever to come out and all were lukewarm at best which shows they sat there waiting to be brought out. One entree was overcooked and one was not as ordered. The 5 year old asked if he could send his mac and cheese back because it was cold. Drink refills came out in Styrofoam cups. The restaurant wasn't even full for them to have run out of glasses. We had coupons off their website that they had no idea how to use which took forever for both the waiter and manager to figure out. The manager came out and said there was a button for it and they finally figured it out. Then, went on to say how corporate should tell them these things. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and would not return to any other location. I wouldn't be surprised if this Myrtle Beach location is closed up by next year."

"GB is in our mid-range family option tier and this review form that perspective. The service was very quick and the food was prepared almost perfectly. The only problem we had was the kids menu. The Macaroni and Cheese that was ordered for our 9 year old looked worse than the store bought Kraft Mac N Cheese. While the adult dinners were above par and our steaks prepared just perfectly I felt that kids get short shrift here unless you order off the adult menu. My recommendation is to have your younger kids split an adult entree. There are local restaurants that have started to give more care and attention to their smaller guests and I'm hoping GB jumps on that trend because everything else was very enjoyable."

"We visit Gordon Biersch on a regular basis. We often bring friends. Good is good and service is great. My one comment would be a request for more vegetarian items. Right now, not a single appetizer is vegetarian. The only veg meal is flatbread. Since I cannot eat meat or fish for health reasons, would like at least one more choice. Most places have an appetizer without meat, then I can get a house salad too and I am set. Please consider this."

"Two stars because the waiter was kind, he was not really attentive. I waited about 28 minutes to be greeted after being seated. 3/10 would recommend so you know what that means 10/10 would not recommend. The drink was weak and small, it was mainly ice with pineapple juice and a hint of mango purée juice. The fries were soggy oily and limp, I ask for crunchy fries but it was more of the same. Chicken was dry, I ate around it and covered the rest with my napkin. the broccoli was not cooked properly and it was crunchy to the max. The mash potatoes without any sort of gravy was dry. The whole experience was a never again for me, I always say I’ll give a restaurant a second chance but not this time. Once’s was more than enough. I wouldn’t force my worst enemy to eat there."

"We arrived early for our reservation at the restaurant. The unfriendly hostess remarked that we were early by 15 minutes, not hours. She suggested we sit at the bar, but we declined as we were planning to have dinner and preferred a table. She said she would be with us shortly. Despite the abundance of empty tables and her lack of distractions, after ten minutes we inquired if there was a reason for not being seated, to which she replied, "I have my reasons." Just as we were about to leave and go elsewhere, she finally seated us 15 feet away at one of the many empty tables. Our waitress, DAWN, was very friendly and efficient. In the future, when looking for a quick meal nearby, I will probably not consider returning to GB based on this experience. "I have my reasons," indeed. Neal."

"Came here 13 years ago and was disappointed. Came back the other day, even worse experience. Although the restaurant was empty on a Wednesday afternoon, service was a disaster. Seated at 1:04pm, order taken at 1:16pm, food came out at 1:58pm. Food may have been ready earlier, seeing as it was only slightly warm by the time it was served. I asked for medium well, hold the lettuce, I got well done and dry with extra lettuce. BBQ sauce was non-existent. Water glass was empty for 20 minutes before being refilled. Only plus, nice view of downtown Tempe. Suggestion: come for the view, but bring your own lunch."

"This was our first visit to the restaurant in Tysons, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Given that only one member of our group of four drinks beer, it wasn't an obvious choice for dinner. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. One person's salad arrived much earlier than the rest of the meals, and another diner received their food a solid 10 minutes before the others, finishing before the rest were served. Additionally, dirty plates were left on the table, and we had to repeatedly flag down the waitress for more water, iced tea, ketchup, and other requests, even though the restaurant wasn't busy."

"so it would be easy to rave over eating and the beer in this spacious and airy brew pub, but here it is what makes it a real standout for me: greenery. and air. and windows. all somewhat rare features among places in vegas, which receive all the attention of tourists and congressors. I went to this jewel of my striphotel and discovered a true oasis in dessert. the brewing-sub-menu sirloin, which I ordered at the first visit, was better than expected, so excellent. but I go back to this gordon biersch first line in its relaxed and breezy garden environment, a rare foundation in the heat and mass of las vegas."

"Sorry to say, our experience was dismal. Came for a birthday celebration (party of 4)...we were seated, ordered dinner drinks. 3 were brought drinks, the 4th was served about 15 minutes later. Food arrived about one hour later, the order was missing several items, which took about 20 additional minutes to rectify. When we requested separate checks, we were brought 2 tabs with explanation that tab was split between couples...we aren't couples and again requested tab be split 4 ways..Food was so-so, wait-person hostile. None of us were surprised to learn restaurant is closing..."

"Our waitress was great in all respects! The poor service rating is based on management's failure to hire and provide sufficient waitstaff. For example, our main attraction to this restaurant over several years has been its beautiful patio dining area. On the last couple of visits, we were told there is no table service in the patio due to insufficient waitstaff. New Orleanians enjoy outdoor dining until things change to once again accommodate customers with that service, we will not be motivated to return."

"This was okay; far from what we expected based on reviews. The calamari appetizer was good, but very small. Several cocktails were sampled and pretty good; the beer flight highlighted five bleh beers that all tasted the same. Our dinners were fine but nothing extraordinary. In our party we had ahi nachos, ahi stack, a steak, and a salad. The ahi dishes were good and the steak was pronounced well prepared but the salad was a disappointment. It was supposed to have pecan crusted chicken breast but I have no idea what that meat was—it wasn’t chicken. The salad had three blackberries on it and maybe four blueberries...but tons of dried cranberries. I would definitely pass this by."

"This review is based on my first and only visit to the Bar One restaurant. I had a reservation for 10 pm for a party of 4. When my party walked in, we stood at the front desk and waited to be seated as you normally would. The staff walked past us for 15 minutes and no one asked to help us or anything. Finally, Peter (the owner) greeted us and had one of the staff members take us to a table. When we sat at the table, 15 minutes passed before the waitress brought 4 glasses of water. After that, she walked off without taking any other drink orders. Another 15 minutes passed before we received a menu. So far, we are sitting at the table for 45 minutes waiting for a waitress to take our food and drink order. Finally, the waitress comes to our table 10 minutes later to take our order. It took almost an HOUR to receive service to take our food orders. Then they ran out of the side items that we wanted. It was close to 11 pm by this time, so we just ordered the salmon bites, calamari, and salad for appetizers and a curry chicken entree. The look and taste of the food was subpar, mediocre, and nothing to write home about. The location and ambiance are okay. The staff needs to improve their customer service. There are so many better restaurant/bar options in Baltimore that I would never recommend this place for dinner or drinks. This was the worst restaurant that I have visited in Baltimore."

"My entree was fabulous it had to be the best Cajun Pasta that I ever had, my compliment to the 'Chef '. I only drink Bud-lite, but your brewed light beer was just or good and maybe a little bit better. The ambience of Gordon Biersh restaurant made one feel relax and ready to enjoy a great meal. I recommend anyone going to New Orleans go to 'The Gorden Biesch ' for a quality meals one of best in house brewed beer."

"Great food, great service, great experience. Prices are comparable to other Westgate restaurants. I think one of the things I appreciate most (and maybe think the underestimated) about Gordon Biersch is the hostess welcomes your party by keeping the door open. Gordon Biersch has a finer dining room experience feeling/atmosphere without being lifted and stylish for jeans and a shirt. Not for the first time I'm here and I won't be my last. You have a simple but complete menu that offers something for everyone. In addition, they have a long list of beers and wines to enjoy. During this visit I ordered the Wagyu Cheeseburger and Garlic Fries. I forgot how great their garlic fries are! Some might say they're too strong, but I think they're perfect. The Wagyu Cheeseburger came out better than expected. I felt it was more tasteful than the average Cheeseburger and the Burgerpatty itself almost melted in your mouth. To round it off, there is a crisp butterbunk where it is served a good overall structure. Our server was also great. Very attentive and awaits our needs by asking more beverage refills and other condiments before we ever had to ask. Very appreciated. A great experience that reminds me of what a great place Gordon Biersch is and asks me why I wasn't back more often."

"This is my first review ever on this platform. We were seated at 6:15 PM before an 8 PM concert, thinking we had plenty of time to enjoy a meal and a couple of drinks. After placing our drink order, it took 40 minutes to receive our four waters and three beers. Then, we waited about an hour for our appetizers, despite checking in with our waitress multiple times. Finally, after 75 minutes, our main courses arrived. To make matters worse, we were charged for two drinks that we never received, but we didn’t have time to dispute it since it took so long to get our bill and pay. We were concerned we wouldn’t have time to find another place to eat on a busy Saturday night. When our food finally came, it was cold. Ironically, the restaurant was only moderately busy, with several open tables nearby, so we couldn’t attribute the delays to being overwhelmed. Despite complaining to the manager around the 55-minute mark, nothing changed. Overall, I suggest avoiding this place unless you have 3-4 hours to spare, are okay with being charged for items you don’t get, and don’t mind your food arriving late and cold. The atmosphere doesn’t make up for all these issues."
