"We have been Francesca's customers for a long time and it is generally solid. We had eaten here about 3 weeks ago and had a lovely dinner. Tonight though was disappointing on multiple levels. It took a VERY long time to be served our dinner (45 minutes to an hour after we ordered). No update on when it would be served, the delay nothing. When we finally made a comment to our server, he said our food would be out soon. He then returned to share that my husband's dinner had accidentally been given to someone else, hence the long wait. I asked then if he could at least bring my son's dinner out then. The server then returned with 3 of the 4 dishes. 2 of those dishes were chicken funghi, which is my go to dish. Unusually, the chicken portion was very small and there was virtually no spinach. My husband's dish came 5 10 minutes later. Dessert came in less than 5 minutes. No apologies for the delay, nothing. For the several hundred dollars that the meal cost, there are lots of equally good Italian places to eat, not sure that I would land here again for a while."
