"My friends and I went for St. Patty 's day. We had planned on staying all day but ended up leaving after a few rounds. There were 3 bars set up with different drinks, and the larger bar by the entrance had the most drinks available. There were 2 bartenders there. I didn 't catch names, but the blonde was super friendly and nice. The brunette had an attitude. I work in the food industry, so I get it, and it didn 't bother me. The last time we ended up grabbing drinks, we got a round of green tea shots and water. I paid cash, and I got $4 back. I was going to leave $6, but I had a $5 bill, so I was putting my $4 back to grab a 1 and a 5. Before I could even finish putting my $4 back, she says if you aren 't going to tip, then find somewhere else to get your drinks. I was shocked that she said that and asked what she said, hoping I misheard her. She shook her head and said it was nothing. If she honestly felt that way and doubled down when I asked her, I would have left the tip, but the fact that she backed out of it and acted smug, I just walked away. Like I said, I work in the food industry, and I am no stranger to leaving tips. We had a lot of cash and planned on leaving a big cash tip at the end. My friend who was helping me carry our shots also heard her and was also shocked. We told our group and decided to just leave because we weren 't going to try and ignore her or get a different bartender for the rest of our stay. I get there were a lot of people there, but you were popping cans and pouring premixed drinks."
