"I hadn't visited since they rebranded as TED's, and I'm so glad I did. The wait staff can truly enhance or detract from your experience, and we had the most outstanding waitress. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. The food was exceptional. We shared a pretzel and a chicken salad sandwich, and I could have happily made a meal just out of the pretzel. It was perfectly crunchy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside—definitely the best I've had in a long time! The chicken salad was also excellent, made to perfection. Plus, they make their own chips. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"

The waitress was the worst. She checked on us once and didn’t ask how the food was even when it was clear that our plates were still full. We were unhappy with the food and even more unhappy with the service. Would not recommend or go back again. Nice place all remodeled a while back and looks good, bit of a relaxing environment. Not sure about the bacon wrapped deep fried pickles. The Fried shrimp and anduie sausage was good, the gumbo was delicious. The peanut butter and habanero jelly burger is different that's all I can say. Tonight was my 3rd time visiting and by far my most disappointing. I ordered the brisket nachos. I think I found two pieces of brisket soaked under the cheese sauce and red sauce. This is normally supposed to be an appetizer but I had to eat it with a fork because the chips were so saturated how would anyone share this? . Super disappointed with the experience and will not be giving them any more business. View menu

Terrible service and the food was awful. We paid $60 for meals we didn’t even touch. Our waiter never checked on us; we waited 30 minutes just for her to take our order, and then it took another hour to receive our food. After that, we didn’t see her again until she brought the check, as she spent the entire time chatting with another waiter. I will never return and do not recommend this place. Ate lunch here yesterday with husband and my dad. Service was good. Husband and I both had burgers (PB&J, Egg/Bacon/Avocado). Other than being cooked well done instead of medium, they were still good. Sweet potato tots are so yummy! My dad loved his club sandwich, which was a generous portion and lots to take home as leftovers. I’m bummed to see the other recent negative reviews as we typically have a positive experience here. Sometimes service has been iffy during previous visits, but good for the most part.
