"I am usually I huge fan of Milestones Restaurants but this experience missed the mark for me. We were out celebrating my husband 's birthday and chose Milestone 's over the Keg and other neighborhood restaurants. We even went as far as to drive 45 mins for the nearest location, only to be highly disappointed. Firstly, the floors of the resturant were dirty, where at times my feet were sticking to the floor. Our glasses were filthy, including a wine glass that was soaked wet with water and a water glass that had some sort of food particle stuck to the inside of it. Also, our food took forever, our appetizer came with our meal which obviously we did not get to eat. Lastly, we intentionally sat in the bar dining area to get a view of the televisions, which I was told could show a particular football game. When we got there, the manager said he would put the game on, only to find out half way through our dining, that the remote was not working and we were unable to watch the game. Lastly, the waitress was rude, and impersonal. When we asked if she can switch the channel, she answered I will do it when I get a chance...I 'm busy right now When we brought our concerns to the manager, his excuse was that they had been understaffed for most of the day; ridiculous. Although, I must say, the food was great. Kodos to the kitchen staff for remaining consistent! Needlesstosay, we will not be dining at that location again."
