"I visited this restaurant three days in a row for their acai bowl, which is quite pricey, but since I'm often in the area, I stopped by. On August 10th, the place was full of employees, yet I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in. When the guy came over to take my order, he didn't say a word. After my order was ready, it was just placed on the counter without any acknowledgement, no "thank you," "come again," or goodbye from anyone. Customer service is crucial, and the lack of it here was disappointing, especially with at least five employees present (one was even clocking in). There was only me and one other customer, who received her order and left just before I arrived, so they definitely weren't busy. This experience has made me reconsider returning; I think I'll start making my own acai bowls at home."
