"We have a big family and used to frequent this restaurant, however we will NEVER return after our last experience! We were a party of 7, arrived at 8:15 for dinner. At 8:40 our food was finished being prepared and we all started to eat. All was going well, until a staff member approached us less than 5 MINUTES after we started eating, and interrupted us to ask if we would “mind to pay the bill now”. It was only 8:45pm and we had just started eating! Coming from a family who has owned a restaurant for 35 years, this is absolutely unheard of. We were not given the opportunity to purchase more drinks or dessert because we were forced to pay before we were finished and we felt rushed to leave. We told the woman that actually we DO mind paying at that very moment but she giggled and repeated herself that she’d like us to pay now so she can close. The restaurant didn’t “close” until 9pm, and wr were told when we first got there that we were fine and there was no rush. But as soon as the food was served they were ready to collect their money and for us to leave. Outrageous! To add insult to injurythey take it upon themselves to add the tip to your bill. It was SHAMEFUL. We will not be returning."
