"We have a big family and used to frequent this restaurant, however we will NEVER return after our last experience! We were a party of 7, arrived at 8:15 for dinner. At 8:40 our food was finished being prepared and we all started to eat. All was going well, until a staff member approached us less than 5 MINUTES after we started eating, and interrupted us to ask if we would “mind to pay the bill now”. It was only 8:45pm and we had just started eating! Coming from a family who has owned a restaurant for 35 years, this is absolutely unheard of. We were not given the opportunity to purchase more drinks or dessert because we were forced to pay before we were finished and we felt rushed to leave. We told the woman that actually we DO mind paying at that very moment but she giggled and repeated herself that she’d like us to pay now so she can close. The restaurant didn’t “close” until 9pm, and wr were told when we first got there that we were fine and there was no rush. But as soon as the food was served they were ready to collect their money and for us to leave. Outrageous! To add insult to injurythey take it upon themselves to add the tip to your bill. It was SHAMEFUL. We will not be returning."

Literally the best hibachi spot I?ve been to. Everything was so different from the quality of the food, the drinks, and the customer service!! I wish I could come back tomorrow lmaoooo. But seriously, GO! Everyone was so friendly! I got the purple passion drink and I was drunk off of 1 ?

We love spending time together and last night we discovered a great restaurant that we had never been to before. We had a fantastic experience with delicious food, attentive staff, and a skilled chef. We have added this amazing restaurant to our list and will definitely be returning soon. We highly recommend it.

service is terrible the nastiest hibachi I've ever had. I ordered the garnelen hibachi with the suppe and that was only good at this eating the suppe. do you think? I understand. the sweet? bitter business. even if I asked her nicely while I didn't overcook my order to pls my garnel. also workers have the worst setting and only brush them out! The food was typical hibachi but pricey. The truly awful part of the experience was the service. A couple sitting across from us made a reasonable request for their order (they asked to a have a certain vegetable removed the chef and server made no attempt to accommodate the request, argued with the couple about who was responsible (they should have told the server, server told us to let the chef know, well the server is new... and gave the couple a smaller portion of vegetables. The chef throughout the meal provided uneven portions of everything to the rest of us seated at the grill. When management was told, they provided no accommodation or remedy. We won't be back.

Me realizing I never completed a review for my favorite hibachi! Whhhaaaaa???? So look. Ginza is the spot, I've been a fan of this place since my first visit a few years back when I was living in the howard county area. It's located off of 29 and is in a shopping center so parking is provided all though it can be a hunt because the lot isn't huge. I love hibachi and I admit my standards can be a bit high when I'm trying a new restaurant but this one meets my expectations and then some. Drinks are always good and strong, appetizers are delicious (Gyoza and the Ginza Roll are a MUST) and my go to is the filet mignon with the scallops with a little extra garlic shrimp *chef's kiss* perfection!...
