"Let’s start with the appetizers: you simply can't miss the Butternut Squash soup, perfectly spiced with cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, and topped with pumpkin seeds. The Lamb Sloppy Baba is also a must-try—a rich blend of grass-fed lamb, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, and cloves, served with fresh lemon and buns that will leave you wanting to lick the plate clean.
For the main course, the Corn Bhartha is a standout, featuring sweet corn, ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes, onions, turmeric, and coriander—so good that you’ll find yourself licking the bowl. The chicken or vegan pumpkin curry is another fantastic option, combining pumpkin, turmeric, ginger, onions, garlic, and cinnamon into a fabulous dish.
And, of course, we couldn't resist dessert. The Shrikhand Cannoli, made with saffron-infused shrikhand and a crunchy cannoli shell, was out of this world. We also indulged in pumpkin naan—infused with pumpkin, brown sugar, and cinnamon—and enjoyed it dipped in the pumpkin curry.
