"I made a reservation with open table for PM. I had to leave by PM to go somewhere else. We arrived and check in at PM, the host told us we would be seated in minutes and confirmed that we want to sit inside as we had written on the reservation. We waited for minutes and then went back inside at the correct time of the reservation. The response from the host was to wait minutes more. We then sat outside and waited, when the host finally came out it was PM and he began to walk us to the outside area, to which we said we had requested inside (and had discussed in person with the host at The host told us it would be more minutes. By the time we got to sit down to a table we had already been at the restaurant for minutes! The host ended up seating us outside at PM and I had to leave by PM. By the time we began ordering it was already All in all I think that the reservation was not taken seriously which is a huge defect in how this restaurant is ran. We told the server that we were in a rush and he was able to get us in and out by although we avoided ordering certain items that we knew would take longer."

I came with a friend wanting to get the special lunch deal they offered which I saw online. However, they only offer it at the SJ location so we were very disappointed, even though their online website didn't specify it. We also saw another group who came in that had the same idea, so it was very misleading. Their food is good though, just wish we had the lunch special.

We had the New Years Lunar Menu, a nice collection of items to have. Table was ready before we got to the restaurant, text notifications were great. We were immediately seated. Pacing and delivery of items was quick. Food items as usual were well seasoned, and since we were cooking were responsible for the outcome of grilling at the table. Wow! Today?s dinner took me back to Gyu-kaku dotonbori in Osaka! Serving size for the price is good, service is excellent, OUTDOOR SEATING is available (which is a must too nowadays), and definitely worth the wait for a table. Do yourselves a favorand get the GARLIC RICE instead of plain rice, you won?t regret it! It?s good to share between 2-3 people and compliment themeats you?ll be grilling as well ????. One thing i didn?t find as worth it was the assorted veggies but hey gotta get thosegreens/nutrition in somehow. Final verdict: TRY IT!
