"From the ambience to the food there is no better restaurant experience than Paolo?s. Upon reviewing the menu online prior to my visit I knew I was in for authentic Italian cuisine to indulge my senses in. We were greeted by the most sincere and genuine woman. You can tell she puts her heart into the restaurant and wants to ensure that you have a great experience. We couldn?t choose between the appetizers and ended up ordering 6 of them. I?ve never seen something so artfully crafted on a plate before. The caprese was delicious and the stuffed figs made my heart melt. For my main course I ordered the gnocchi bolognese. The rich flavors and added vegetables provided different textures that made me craving another bite. We were all loosening our belts trying to fit more into our already full stomachs when Paolo himself came over and talked to us for a good 20 minutes. He shared his story and dreams with us which was the perfect ending to an already perfect meal. Thank you for sharing your craft with us and introducing us to a new song with our last name. I will definitely be back and make sure that everyone knows of Paolo and his masterful dishes."
