I am not sure what has happened to this restaurant. It used to be excellent. I ordered Veal Saltinbocca and it was served with a red sauce instead of the traditional brown sauce. It was very disappointing and tasted terrible. The food was a 1 out of 5, service was a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere was a 1 out of 5.

Oh my goodness! It felt like eating a meal cooked by my grandmother! The portions were generous and the food was incredibly tasty. The service was outstanding and there was a wide variety of gluten-free options available. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I will definitely be returning! I stumbled across Paolo Ristorante and came in without a reservation. We were still warmly greeted and had a table in short order. All the courses were fantastic and the staff were very sweet and welcoming. We were there until the end of dinner service and had a wonderful time. I looked up the menu online and told my wife we have to try this place. The reviews were good and I couldn't wait to give it a shot. We had been there when it was Antonio's back in the day and tried the next few owners that had come over the years. I can only say the food was beyond my expectations from the appetizers to dessert everything was mind blowing. The servers were spot on and we wanted for nothing. My new favorite place for Italian cuisine. I will let everyone I know about this hidden gem. I think more people need to know about Paolo's.

From the ambience to the food there is no better restaurant experience than Paolo?s. Upon reviewing the menu online prior to my visit I knew I was in for authentic Italian cuisine to indulge my senses in. We were greeted by the most sincere and genuine woman. You can tell she puts her heart into the restaurant and wants to ensure that you have a great experience. We couldn?t choose between the appetizers and ended up ordering 6 of them.
