"Visited on valentines day as a date. No reservation was held even though it was made online through open table. Staff seemed disoriented and confused, disconnected, and unprepared. We were seated 45 minutes late to a table in their glass, closed in patio section that was rather cold with no silverware, plating, decorations or menus. A rushed waiter set the table in front of us, didn 't give us water. They eventually filled our glasses, but did not provide us with a water bottle like every other table had. They brought us food menus after 15 minutes without asking us if we wanted any drinks other than water, and didn 't return until another 15 minutes when we placed an appetizer order. After not receiving a drink menu, we walked up to the bar to order. Bartender was apologetic, friendly, and got us drinks, while wait staff confusedly asked why we were at the bar, saying that they didn 't know we had closed our tab . I explained that we never received drink menus nor were asked to place drink orders, the waiter apologized and said that they 'd bring us the drinks. Once he walked them over, he reminded himself about the fra diavolo we ordered and almost walked away, but we asked to order our entrees since it had now been about an hour. He took our order and brought back the appetizer about 10 minutes later but had informed us that they were out of my first and second choice off the menu. I went with my third option, and they brought out our entrees after around 20 minutes after my reordered entrée. The salmon was okay, the mango/fruit sauce it was placed on was delicious. My date had gnocchi bolognese, which they also said was okay. Overall, decent food was not worth the terrible service or ridiculous price. Waiter double charged us for drinks though we only ordered one round, which we had to remove from our check about 3 hours after we arrived."

"This is a struggle but I move it up from a 3 1/2 to a 4 based on great gluten free options for my wife and great company from Juan the bus person. ENTRANCE it was early on a Saturday and we were not greeted immediately. The hostess finally saw us and we were seated outside promptly. WAITER finally came by and provided the menu. Asked if we wanted agua and bread. We ordered some spring water and vino. By the way the spring water is a must try. ENTREES I tried the egg plant stack. Which was not a stack per say. The cheese was great and top drawer. The egg plant were large slices not a stack at all. The sauce had a bit of a sweet taste as if sugar was added but don't quote me on that. Decent overall. BUS SERVICE Juan was so engaging and so professional and so attentive it blew me away. He should be promoted to a waiter. VINO stock Cabernet was nothing to write home about but average albeit pricy per glass. ENTREES my wife had the gluten free chicken parm with penne pasta that she liked a lot. Even took some home LOL I ordered the chicken and spinach dish which to my chagrin was a bit over cooked so the chicken breast was a bit dry. The sauce however was tasty DESERT wife had the red velvet gluten free cake with cream cheese and whipped cream on the side that she loved COFFEE I had a double espresso with BLACK sambucca (they actually had it). But came with no lemon slice. PRICE/VALUE this is in the eye of the beholder. For 2 people a few drinks tax and tip our bank was hit for 165. More on triple dollar than the double side."
