"Most authentic Vietnamese food is in the Virginia suburbs, so it's nice that this place is in Maryland. It's not the best decor and seems worn on the edges, but the food is hearty. They have vermicelli, which is a classic dish, and is vegan. If you're looking for imperial or spring rolls, they have them here, too. However, I would focus on the 2 dozen or so veg entree options, instead, as the rolls aren't the tastiest. I appreciate that this place has some vegetables different from most Vietnamese places the watercress is delicious, and the shanghai vegetables are tender green veggies with Asian style mushrooms. Napa cabbage is a great choice, too, if you're opting for pure veggies. For those who love tofu and gluten, you're in luck lots of choices like black pepper gluten, classic flavor lemongrass tofu, Buddha's delight (veggies with tofu) and a clay pot style tofu and veggies dish. Avoid the crepe and egg noodles if you're vegan, but try the half burnt rice noodles, which have been cooked so some parts are blackened. It's good if you like that style, but there's regular rice noodles, too, and pad thai (be sure to specify no egg)."
