"Love this place hasn't changed in years wasn't that busy we went late. We got buffalo chicken app. Covered in buffalo sauce like you wouldn't believe..Soo good. For diner we both got chicken Parm he got ziti with his I got gnocchi it was a little over cooked. But the chicken made up for it. Was a little disappointed they didn't have clam chowder only fish chowder. (That night) usually great clam chowder... No thanks on fish chowder..so got salad instead cause you get to pick soup or salad. Salad was big...you really can't go wrong with this place. And thrust you will not go away hungry. Wait staff really nice too. Try it out if you have never been. This place is a relics..."

"Ordered takeout. Brought it home. Missing items. Conventional wisdom dictates that I do without, because after all, the missing items were a salad and a roll, or, call the restaurant, inform them of the error, return to the restaurant and pick up the missing items. I accept that...the first time, maybe even the second. When it becomes a habit... that 's when I draw the line. At the risk of sounding like a Karen, I can 't do it again. I returned the entire meal, including my husband 's pizza and daughter 's salad. The hostess then had the gall to dispute it because it was just a salad . If you can 't get it right the first time (on multiple occasions) then I 'm just not gonna was my time and money. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...well, I won 't even dine in again."

"The food I ordered was actually pretty good. It's in this shopping center that doesn't have much, but hopefully the new Ashley's Furniture will give them a little more business. I went on a Sunday and there was actually nobody in there. Apart of my order was a white slice, which they didn't have any, but they gladly made for me. There was younger people working, and the only friendly one was this kid with glasses. He was so nice and made it seem like he was so happy to have us as customers. I wouldn't even be surprised if it was the owners kid or something that's how good he was. Customer service and good food keeps people coming back, and absolutely no reason this has less than 4 stars."

OK, not normally will be found eating at a chain, but being that it was after 9 pm on a weeknight, after buggering about the beauty of the St Francois hills and hollers most of the day, and was hungry for dinner, pulled into here this past Thursday. Two of us split the 16 ounce rib eye, with two others ordering a loaded chicken and a Montana cheeseburger... with sides of loaded potato soup which honestly was one of the best I've ever tasted. Rolls are good, but not as soft and good as Logan's Roadhouse [whooops another chain]. "Stopped in for a quick dinner with my kiddos. A little shocked to see the place looks like they're still adjusting from COVID-era arrangements. But anyhow, that didn't detract from my overall experience. We were warmly greeted and ordered our food with a few suggestions from (I'm assuming) the owner. Food was quickly on the table, and had a great overall quality. My little girls gobbled up the sesame chicken and lo mein noodles. We ate here the last night we were in Mesa. However, I wish I would've found this place sooner in our 3 month stay."

"Came in tonight to the bar at 9. Took about 3 minutes to be greeted with 1 other person at the bar and maybe 3 tables in the whole place. Karissa did tell us she would be right over at about 2 min...we asked what appeared to be a manager for menus and she seemed quite annoyed with the request. While karissa was kind and bubbly, the service was poor, at best. Staff mopping the floor in front of us as we ate dinner, not a great look. When she shut some of the lights off over us before we were out of our seats, that was a nice touch. She was very distracted the entire time and overwhelmed by her 3 patrons. I'd hate to see what happens when they're busy."

"The main issue, though, was the automatic 18% service charge added to the bill, calculated after tax. When I inquired about this, the waitress simply confirmed it and dismissed our question with a giggle. While she was friendly, this response didn’t address our concern. While this was unexpected, we are unlikely to return, as there are many other great restaurants in the area that don’t automatically add an 18% tip. Usually, tipping is left to the discretion of the customer, right? In fact, I believe the expectation of tipping should be reconsidered altogether. The price of food should cover service costs. After all, do we tip workers who retrieve shopping carts or technicians who repair our cars? Are we tipping just because servers bring our food to the table promptly? Isn’t serving customers the primary function of restaurants? Or are we tipping because restaurant owners don’t pay their employees fair wages? I’d rate the food four stars but only three stars for the automatic tip and for calculating it after tax."

"Had a girls night dinner here tonight and for 3 of us it was a first time visit, we all loved it! As soon as you walk in you are hit in the face with a delicious aroma, this made us all excited for our meals! We were sat down right away and had a friendlywaitress and prompt service! They move so quick and your food comes out piping hot! I was excited to see a Happy Hour menu withour regular menus and we made it just in time to order a few appetizers from there. I ordered an 805 on draught and an Ice Waterwith Lemon to start, for appetizers we had the Thai Lettuce Wraps, Crunchy Rolls and the Potstickers. All of the appetizers weresoooo good! As soon as they were dropped off, we ordered our meals. I had the Amazing Love and WOW! I am going back for thatagain, its was hot and fresh and so delicious! I also ordered the Pork Chow Mein togo for my husband, he said it was good, butmy leftovers were so much better he ended up eating them instead! One of my girlfriends ordered the Chicken Fried Rice, anotherordered the Drunken Noodles and the other had the Amazing Lover just without the cashews. "What a great little place for delicious food! The interior is a bit outdated but spotless, situated in a small strip mall. Honestly, if it weren't so unusual, I might have just drunk the peanut sauce because it was that amazing! Instead, I dipped my tasty chicken satay into it. The chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, and the egg fried rice was savory and well-seasoned. I also had to try my son’s BBQ pork over noodles, which reminded me of my aunt’s cooking in Hawaii—generous slices of char siu pork served in broth over noodles and vegetables. The pork egg rolls were a solid 7 out of 10. The filling consisted mainly of ground pork with a few strands of glass noodles; I expected to find some vegetables in there too, but it was still decent. There are so many other dishes we want to try, so we’ll definitely be back!"

"The buffet lunch is gone, the waiters/service is terrible. The food taste good, but you have to order off the menu and the portions are small compared to the value you used to get at the buffet. The waiters never smiled the whole time, they refused to take the dirty plates off the table and he never came back after the food was served other than to give me the check. This place has gone way downhill fast. I’ve gone here for years, but after today I will never go there again.Response to the ownerI understand that we are in a pandemic and your restaurant is struggling like many across the country which is why I chose to support your restaurant. I also brought a friend to help support you. I truly understand your establishment needing to shut down the buffet, but there is simply no excuse for the poor service your waiters provided while we were in your establishment. In most cases this is caused by a lack of training, but your waiter flat out refused to clear the table of dirty dishes when I asked him to, so we could continue to enjoy our time in your restaurant. There is simply no excuse for that other than your staff being rude. The correct response from you should have been an apology and a willingness to correct the problem, not using the pandemic as an excuse for why the waiter refused to provide friendly prompt service. I will be sure to tell my friends and co-workers about my experience in your restaurant as well as your response."

"BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.. I wouldn't rate this place anything.. first and last time there such a weird experience..the food definitely low quality. When it was time to leave i asked for the bill. She brought me the check handed her my card in her hand. She then came back with the book and no card just the receipt of the charge. When I asked for my card she couldn't find it. Stood there for half an hour making sure they would find my card. Told them to look on the cameras and the man showed me he was looking at the video.. all I saw in the video was his back blocking the camera nothing was getting solved. Customers started asking what was it that we lost. We explain that they charged us but never brought back our card. He was in disbelief. They stopped looking for a bit and and my bf told him hey were not leaving until that card pops up. The man pulls out two more cards and says he has some from other customers that have left theirs behind. Told us we could come back and that he would look at the end of the night. We said no we're not going look for it. My boyfriend starts looking through their things to find it and finds a stack of cards. Him thinking they're business cards ended up being it was more customers cards. Idk what this place is into. Finally we said we were calling the police and then a cook comes from behind and says is it this one. My bf asked him were did you find it he said in the trash can. Never again are coming here and definitely never recommending this place. Beware."

"Have been to this restaurant many times. Usually have great service and the food is good. We made reservations almost a month in advance and were stuck in the back room. Tried to order vegetables with the meal and they were out. Dinner rolls were supposed to be served fresh (said they were waiting on them to come out) never received them. Salmon was dry and seemed over cooked. I hope this is just a one time thing."

"Anyone who reads my reviews knows I tell it the way it is: I call it down the middle exactly the way I have experienced it. So here's the thing about this place: I have a love/hate relationship with the place. Love in a sense that I support local businesses and the food is very good here. Especially in which this is family owned and these people work hard. I appreciate that. The older gentlemen makes fantastic pizza. Best in the DMV that doesn't make me miss Staten Island, NY so much. Hate in a sense that everytime I walk in here, something disturbs me about my experience. For example, I decided a week ago to walk in here and sit down. The server looked unhappy, no personality, and just give me the order and disappears. I asked for the inside of the bread to be taken out and that was an obstacle and a half to get that done. She seemed really annoyed. Everytime, I walk in there or my roommate walks in there, we both agree that they don't recognize us or know who we are and the irony of it is, we go to eat here practically every week. Well, if this is your go to place, then don't let me disturb your serenity. For myself, I am up in the air about coming here after my last interaction."
