"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server, Mitchy, was not great at customer service. My brother tried to be friendly with her, but she seemed indifferent, only coming back to our table when we called for our bill. The cook, Malcolm, delivered our food without a smile, and when I encouraged him to smile, he offered a forced grin before leaving. It felt like neither of them were suited for their roles. With so many other dining options in Vegas, I don’t think we’ll be returning. When we left the table to go to the reception, Mitchy hurried past us, and it seemed like she had forgotten to check on us. We decided not to leave a tip."
