"So I'm from Texas, and the first place that I hit when I'm in Springfield for awesome affordable food and a great beer selection is Dublin's Pass Irish Pub. The ambiance is super cool too, with billiards and games available! The decor invites you in as soon as you walk through the doors. Make sure to look up at the ceiling to see what looks like, hundreds of beer taps hanging like art pieces. It's a really cool sight to behold. I think my exact words when I sat down at the bar and looked up were: (Wow, Holy S#¡t! I also had the pleasure of meeting Brooke, one of their best bartenders. She was training a nice young gal who you would never have known it was her first day. She immediately greeted me within seconds of me sitting down and offered to get me a drink and suggested some food. Brooke's knowledge of beers and the menu was superb, and she was very polite. That's why I made sure to leave a good tip. I always recognize and reward great service. Do yourselves a favor and try the Reuban Rolls appetizer. It's like an egg roll hooked up with a Reuban sandwich with a side of 1000 island dressing. ? That's what makes this place so great! The food is superb for a bar, and their cocktails and beer selection rival most bars I visited. If you're looking to unwind with a beer and good eats, look no further than Dublin's Pass Irish Pub in downtown Springfield. ? ? ?"

"You need to have a working phone number. I would give one star but I feel bad because I do not know who's at fault- you or Grubhub. I ordered for the first time tonight at 6:38 PM. The estimated delivery time was between 7:35-7:45. At 8 PM I decided to call you because we had heard nothing about the order and it still hadn't arrived. I called the number listed on Grubhub and it sounded like a fax number as rang and ended in a long beep that didn't stop till you hung up. I then googled your page and found the number listed here and it is out of service. With no way to reach you guys and at this point our food being over 40 minutes late I decided to cancel our order. Of course 2 minutes after I cancel the order your driver shows up with our food and I had to unfortunately tell him we cancelled.So:1) something is wrong with the 2 phone numbers you have listed and neither of them work- even the Grubhub support couldn't reach you2) if your delivery times are not what Grubhub estimates (they said for me 30-40 minutes on the website hence the ETA 7:35-7:45) then you need to modify that with them so people do not expect a shorter wait. It would also help to have the drivers reach out to us to tell us they are on their way or something or close by- I went almost 2 hours in silence hence why I cancelled.Good luck, I'm very upset I had to turn away the food I waited 2 hours for, but since I already cancelled the payment I had no choice."

"My co-worker and I decided to eat at Black Cat Sports Bar and Grill on 02/14/23, a Tuesday evening. The menu was not overbearing, and they offer a decent selection of food. When we walked in, the place had a cool fun atmosphere. I noticed 5 of the many tables were occupied. I saw a waitress and asked if we can sit anywhere and she said yes. We sat at a booth. There were 3 people servicing this bar dining area as well as another room which had tables. It was a solid 8 minutes before a waiter had come to our table to take our drink order and leave us menus. He brought our drinks and we continued to look at the menu. We decided on our order and waited. And waited. And waited. (not a typo) Finally, he came back and took our order. We first ordered the Steakhouse Potato Skins, to which he informed me that they were out of potatoes, so fried pickles it is. My co-worker ordered the Crusty Turkey Melt with their soup of the day (cheezy tortilla soup) and I ordered the Top your Sirloin steak dinner with waffle fries and a side salad to which I asked for the Oil and Vinegar for dressing. I wanted it topped with mushrooms and guess what, they were out of mushrooms, so Cajun butter it is. I asked for another beer and refill on my water. He was prompt with it. About 10 minutes past and we were 1 of 3 tables with people at them, and the waiter comes with my side salad and said I gave you Italian dressing because we are out of vinegar. He then left after I thanked him. Then it dawned on me that we have not received our fried pickles and I made the comment to my coworker that I hope they don 't come with our dinner as the purpose of an appetizer is to have BEFORE the dinner, but after more time had past and watching the waiter take food to other tables, disappear or flat out stand behind the bar near the kitchen window and not look in our direction, our food comes out, with the fried pickles. That is very disappointing. The waffle fries, standard frozen from a bag, not good but not horrible. The steak, cooked to medium just as I asked. The first few bites were good. The Cajun butter added flavor. After those few bites, I started to notice that the bites were getting saltier. The butter had masked some of the saltiness but it still came through and I thought it was more than average for the steak. Not good. Take away the salt and the steak was fine. I asked my co-worker how she liked her meal and she said the soup was good but salty and she could only eat so much of her sandwich because it was too salty. I paid for our meals, and we left. By this time, it was 9:45 pm, we arrived around 8:15, only had 2 drinks each. The waiter 's time in between visits was unacceptable, especially with how empty the bar was. And if he was bogged down with the 2nd dining room, then he should have asked for assistance from the other 2 waitresses or the bartender. If their niche is over salting food, then you will like this place. I know that we will not be back."

"We ordered drinks— I had an Arnold Palmer with unsweetened tea, which was fresh and tasty, while my wife had just water. The menu offered a great variety, from hamburgers to chicken wings. My wife chose the grilled chicken sandwich, which came with a salad, tomatoes, and onions on a brioche bun. She loved it; the chicken was well-cooked and excellently flavored. I ordered the boneless wings with a side of potatoes. The owner, Faraz, a big guy, even came out to ask what kind of sauce I wanted. I couldn’t decide, so he brought out a selection of different flavors and heat levels. I still found it hard to choose, so he generously gave me one of each! They had several sauces, ranging from mustard to buffalo, and all were incredibly delicious. If you prefer something milder, stick with the mild to medium options. The potatoes I had as my side were fresh, creamy, and delightful. Brittany also brought out some ghost pepper cheese, which we added to our food, taking it to another level of deliciousness (I put some of it on the potatoes— wow, it was amazing!). We arrived at 3:00 p.m., and they were still serving lunch specials, so we enjoyed a fantastic meal at a very reasonable price. Honestly, I would have happily paid more for such great quality. The restaurant has a casual vibe, and you could wear any type of attire here, especially since it’s beautifully decorated with lovely lighting. The place is extremely clean, featuring comfortable seating and TVs on the walls. The bathrooms were also spotless, which is something I don’t say often. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend this place and truly hope they stay open for a long time. It has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Polk and Paulding!"
