"I never ordered food here. You can say that Mulligans is proud of their kitchen, she distinguishes them from other bars. I ordered the Shelley Burger at my last visit, and it was one of the best burgers I had in a while. The fries were seasoned, which was a wonderful surprise. It was incredible filling. I didn't take part in the pool because I was there for the game, but there is free pool there every day of the week. I think they have 6 tables, so it always takes care. There is also a terrace that allows you to enjoy a drink and a smoke at the same time. I've been there for about 10 years and never had a bad time."

Great place San Clemente. The staff is really friendly. The food is pub adventure, but on another level, delicious and well presented. The burgers and wings are amazing. Many screens to watch sports and free billiard tables. Definitely a place you need to check.

A few years ago, I searched the internet for “best burgers in OC”... Mulligans was high on the list. I went, then my wife and I went, and since then I brought friends from all over the country.... We are here 7 years of Vegas and never went to Mulligans (no special reason tho) and then someone in SC Life that Mulligans was the best burgers in the city so that we all tried. OMG change this review to the best burgers in the world, absolutely dying, excellent quality of beef, huge, juice and numerous add-ons. They were so excellent we went back 2 days later! Best jewel for burgers and beer!

I 've been going to this bar for 20+ years.. Same ol dive bar it 's always been! But that 's what I love about it.. No pressure.. no pretences.. just walk on in and grab a drink, maybe some munchies (mozzarella sticks are awesome! and sit and chat or play a few games of pool. Pool tables are free btw.. Wide mix of patrons most of them locals to San Clemente or the surrounding cities and you can usually strike up a conversation with just about anyone there.. or join them in a game of pool or 2.
