"We had a combination of three meats to grill at the table (beef bulgogi, pork kalbi, and spicy pork bulgogi), after an appetizer of calamari. Grilling at the table isn't for everyone. I would normally have them grill mine and serve it, although grilling at the table is very common in Korean dining and quite fun. At a restaurant, I like to have someone else prepare the food! But, in this case, we were with two Korean guests, and they were happy and adept at grilling. So everything was perfect. The side dishes were very good, and I would recommend that you try everything (if you don't know Korean food) and ask for more of anything you use up."

"First time visit for my husband's birthday. Lovely experience. Our table was secluded from the rest of the restaurant. The service was prompt and pleasant, and the food was very good. The number of appetizers presented (in addition to what we ordered) was surprising and delicious. The variety was vast and interesting. "Service was extremely poor. We ended up cooking our own meats or else they would have burned. Drinks took forever to arrive and they were all non-alcoholic. I ordered spicy food it was mild. I asked for brown rice still received white rice (ok fine no big deal). But the wait for the check was the icing on the cake for me. It took so long to arrive and the server was nowhere to be found. Will not recommend on a Saturday night if your extremely hungry. Food was fair, just poor"

"There's never a dull moment at Kings! Tonight, they had live music featuring a fantastic solo performer who really brought the energy. The atmosphere was excellent! Outside, three lovely ladies were enticing customers with delicious options, including a variety of Mexican dishes and tacos, all at great prices. We love stopping by Kings when we're out biking. The people here are always welcoming and friendly, even to newcomers. If you're in Lebanon, be sure to give it a try—you won't be disappointed!"

"I visited this restaurant for my birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The food was the best Korean cuisine I've had in over 20 years, especially the kimchi. To top it off, I was treated to a complimentary slice of green tea cake for my birthday! "My mum and I came here for dinner with our Korean tour group. The tour agency, USA Tours, has a relationship with this restaurant and often brings its clients here. It is located on the second floor of the Waikiki Resort Hotel, which apparently is owned by Korean Airlines. Our tour guide had called them before our arrival so we were immediately seated at two 4-top tables (we were a group of 8 for dinner . Stew was already cooking on the burners on the table and servers soon brought out rice bowls and four side dishes. We had a vinegar cucumber/seaweed side dish, sliced radish, kimchi, and beansprouts. I get that a lot of older Korean people may not like to try new foods or just want to eat a nice Korean dinner after eating Western food all day, but I felt like this was a waste of a meal that could have been spent eating local Hawaiian fare. And if you are not Korean, there is definitely no reason to come here because the food isn 't even good. While I am biased against most Korean restaurants because my mum is such a good cook, Korean restaurants in LA are far better than this. (Granted, that shouldn 't count since LA also has the highest population of Koreans in a city after Seoul. I found the stew to be just mediocre and thought the same of the side dishes. Not much to say about the rice. I really just ate because (1 it 's free (included in our tour cost and (2 I was hungry and I had no other options. The service was just okay. Our servers were fast in the beginning to bring out everything, but then we never saw them again except for when someone at our table would yell for service (where are the table button thingies I 'm so used to seeing at Korean places?! . I can 't comment on the cost since our tour guide took care of it, but I don 't think whatever the price was would be worth it for such mediocre Korean food. This review isn 't completely fair since I didn 't even get to see a menu and they might have better food offerings, but I guess we 'll never know..."

"One of the best Korean restaurants in the Chicagoland area for sure. We’ve always heard great things about this place from many other Koreans in the area. The portions are large and the service is excellent! The budae jjigae 부대찌개 was so filling and perfect for a cold winter day! This place is also famous for its agoo jjim and daegumeori jjim spicy fish and bean sprouts dishes . The seafood pancake 해물파전 was also really good, much better than other Korean restaurants in Chicago that we’ve tried. You really know this place is legit because every time we’re there the clientele is 95% Korean."

"We tried the thick-cut pork belly and the unmarinated combo, which included both thick and thin cuts. This allowed us to truly appreciate the quality of the meat both on its own and when paired with sesame oil salt or the salad package with samjang. The complimentary dishes, including steamed egg and spicy stew, were also fantastic. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in on us and even cooking the meat for us. I was pleasantly surprised by the other servers, who, despite not appearing Korean, made a genuine effort to understand me as I struggled to find the right words. You can really tell how proud they are of their service. I'm definitely looking forward to returning and trying the marinated options next time!"

"As a Korean BBQ enthusiast, I was excited to try out this spot with high hopes. Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant turned out to be far from satisfying. The staff's attitude and service were utterly disappointing, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.We arrived at the restaurant with ample time to enjoy our meal before the 10 PM closing time. To our surprise, we were rushed throughout the dinner, and at 9:15 PM, the server asked us to pay, even though we were still in the middle of our meal. This made us feel unwelcome and as if we were an inconvenience to the staff.The servers were not only rude but also inattentive. They ignored us multiple times when we tried to ask questions or request service. It was quite a challenge to get their attention, and when we finally did, they seemed annoyed and dismissive.The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was tense and uncomfortable, which is the complete opposite of what a fun and engaging KBBQ experience should be. It's disheartening to see a restaurant with such potential be overshadowed by the staff's unprofessional behavior.I regretfully cannot recommend this establishment to others seeking a pleasant KBBQ experience. There are many other options with better service and a more welcoming atmosphere. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and makes the necessary improvements. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"I never write reviews, but I have to go for this place. my friends and I decided to try this place and we had a terrible experience. I am vegetarian, so when we ordered our food, I chose an article from the vegetarian section of the menu. when they brought out our food, my court had flesh in it. we said the dame and she went on to tell us how it was our fault, because we did not say vegetarian (even if we were on the article on the menu when she took my order). We apologized because we understood that there was a wrong communication on our side. we asked them to take our food back and she refused. she started saying we had to pay for it. then she says I should just pick up the meat, so she picks up my buttons and starts picking up the meat. we have always told her no, but she would not stop, so we said we would pay for it and ask for another dish without meat. at this time my friends and I were very upset and couldn't eat. fortunately, we were able to get them out of our bill after a dispute."
