"We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food was cold and the service was subpar. Despite having had good experiences in the past, this time was a letdown. We specifically mentioned when making reservations that it was our family's Thanksgiving meal, but our server barely checked on us. For the price we paid ($362), it wasn't worth it. My husband has said we won't be returning. It seems like the recent TripAdvisor reviews are accurate. On a positive note, the food had good flavor, but it was too cold to enjoy. If only someone had asked us about our meal, we could have addressed the issue."
