"Fantastic! Open Weeknights (which is unusual for the area). Make a reservation! It was a Monday evening and they were waiting for up to half an hour without reservation. My husband and I found Uptown Grill online and searched for somewhere to eat for our 25-year anniversary while staying in Kishau Cabins in Tonica. The food was amazing! I ordered the fillet mignon smeared with garlic potatoes and my husband ordered a bacon wrapped pork with garlic. I also ordered a page of mushrooms with my steak. The food was cooked for perfection. I always ask for salt and pepper with my meal, but I didn't even need it. The mushroom sauce was also a bit salty, but I liked it with the meat. We ordered a caesar salad to share as an appetizer (it is a food size salad), and we chose the brownie with raspberry sauce and a shovel chocolate gelato for dessert. I can't express how delicious it was all! Especially for the random selection of a restaurant online in a city we were unfamiliar with. We definitely found a hidden jewel! Also scream to our waiting staff she was so friendly and at everything. Thank you. I hope we can eat there sometime."

We live in Rockford, our son in Decatur. This has become a favorite spot of ours to meet half way for dinner. There are good vegetarian options, burgers are great, salads as well. Our service tonight was super. This photo is of our appetizer.

Delicious food and drinks. We enjoyed a casual date night out here followed by the Celebrate LaSalle event. I had the Steak Frites special and several spicy berry margaritas. Saganaki as a starter and creme brulee for dessert. We are out-of-towners, but would definitely go again! View menu

We've had two great lunches here this week. We had the grilled chicken sandwich, the onion soup and the tuna nachos. Everything was delicious! Our server Kayla was excellent and the reason we came back. We'll be back here again the next time we're in this area. The wine was excellent and my husband loved his Guinness on tap.

That was my first experience here. We went to a Coworker birthday party with 11 people coming up. The waitress was really nice, polite and even asked permission and apologised every time she needed to reach for an empty plate/table. It took us to understand our ducks. But everyone enjoyed all the exquisite flavors of our meals and drinks.
