"We have ordered from this Deli for 20 years and never had an issue until they hired an incompetent, rude, front person. Customer service does not exist in this Deli. We tried to resolve an issue over the phone with a wrong order, and were hung up on. The manager isn't any better, told me that he will not deliver anymore. There is obviously a communication problem that they will not fix. So beware, you will not receive a club sandwich, but instead a Reuben!"

"The cashier at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. My total came to $4.30, but she refused to let me pay with my card due to a minimum purchase requirement of $5, which was not clearly indicated anywhere. When I mentioned this to her, she rudely retorted that "anyone would tell you the same". I decided not to purchase the soup and left, as there are plenty of other dining options in the area with friendlier service and likely better food."

"Breakfast all day is wonderful! A cafe with a homey, diner feel to it. The owner and management are a great team! I only wish the tables were better positioned; they didn't offer much in leg room, and my companion and I were at different heights while eating. Visually disconcerting, but not enough to stop us from coming back. I had eggs benedict with avocado, and it was perfect."

"Good location. My first time here. The food was hot and fresh. The service was quick and efficient. Ilthe atmosphere was cool and calm. Very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the food tasted great. We will patronize this location again if in the area. Parking: They have a large lot to accommodate many vehicles. "Well let's start off saying I didn't know they had pizza. Called and then enthusiastic person that answered the phone said it is absolutely delicious you must try it. But you know how some places are they all say their pizzas are good. So we took a chance and went over there and checked it out and bartonville Illinois. As I show a picture of this you could judge for yourself plenty of toppings, cooked to perfection, and it tasted pretty good. I will definitely be coming back. And on top of that the cost of how all the pizzas have went up, their pizzas very reasonable. Thank you for the great personality that you had even when we entered the restaurant to get our food for the evening. You guys did great."

"This is a Glendale Heights classic been going here for over 15 years plus. They never seem to disappoint you in any way. They have great customer service and are always happy to see a return customer. This is one place that over the years the food has remain excellent. My kids love the hot dogs and burgers. I personally love there Italian beefs and fries are always made just right. This is the place that will remain one of our favorites . If you never tried them give a shot I promise you won’t be disappointed."

"So for one I thought I would let them know, if you try an order a hotdog on Uber Eats, it only let's you add or subtract one item. So you can't do it plain or just a couple items. But the reason I dropped my review to 2 stars, the pizza quality has gone down hill lately, The pizza I last received was cold(The fries were super hot so my order was not sitting long) There was barely any sauce or it was spread improperly making it partly chewy partly harsh and dry. It also was only cheese, not peperoni like I ordered. The cheese fries saved you a star. Uber refunded the money so I am not looking for compensation."

"I ALWAYS call ahead for convenience! For both myself AND the staff.... The ONLY thing I ask for special : extra lettuce ... When said sandwich is opened and the cheese is soaking wet from the OLD DISCUSTING lettuce sitting!..... The meat is melted between the wet cheese AND the bread... It 's obviously an OLD pre-made sandwich (with OLD/BROWN lettuce), let alone any extra!?!? Which was my only ask!!!!! ‍‍ Service: Take out"

"I love the Italian beef and the spaghetti here. We used to end up getting the Family Feast until it went up in price. The cashier was quick to give me prompt service and even suggested trying one of their cookies in which I decided to do so. The waittime isn't too bad, and you can totally call it in ahead to avoid waiting. I'd give them a fair chance if you are new to thearea, and want some spaghetti or their garlic bread."

"Ok... someone said the best wings in the area and that’s SOOOOO far from the truth. I am the queen of wings, I’m addicted to hot wings and those wings were NOT good at all. Tasted like baked wings they weren’t even close to being hot/spicy. A slice of strawberry cake was $4 and some change and it’s not even moist. It’s stiff That was my first time there and I was disappointed. Maybe I’ll try something else next time because NO!!! Customer service was great though... lemonade was delicious."

"I'm giving 3 Stars only because I absolutely love the food and all the options. However, every time I call the Miramar location the staff does not want to pick up the phone. I usually call right before I leave my house and it takes me 20 minutes to get tothat location and the whole ride there I'm calling calling calling and nobody wants to pick up. So I went inside to get my foodeven though I was running very late and I tried calling while I was inside and I can hear the phone ring and all this staff iscompletely ignoring the phone. How many customers are they losing by not picking up the phone to place phone orders? I asked thegirl if I had the right number even though I knew I did because I've called eight times and I showed her on my phone the amountof times that I called she said they don't pick up the phone when we get too busy. I told her I only see one person standing online in front of me and that's not an excuse. You guys need to pick up the phone so people need to place phone orders thatthey're able to do that. Another customer standing at the utensils said she was calling too and it just kept ringing too. Thestaff that was there this afternoon just seem to be really lazy. I own a small business and the reason why I'm at my businessevery single day is because I don't want lazy employees messing with my income. Seems to me they should make some changes tostaffing if they want to increase their productivity."

"First you messed up our order and then when we call you proceeded to ignore 5 calls to you guys. We were missing one hotdog and fries and there wasn’t any mayo on one of our sandwiches when we asked to add it. I would like a call back or something for such an inconvenience. "The service is a bit slow, but the staff is very accommodating. I tried the wings as an appetizer, and they were tasty with a nice sweet chili flavor. The highlight of the evening was definitely the "eject burger," which was really outstanding in a surprising way. I’m definitely planning to return, even though it’s a 45-minute drive for me."
