"The cashier at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. When I mentioned this to her, she rudely retorted that "anyone would tell you the same". I decided not to purchase the soup and left, as there are plenty of other dining options in the area with friendlier service and likely better food."

Ham and cheese sandwich is $7 and is a slice of cheese and one sliver of lunchmeat ham. Unbelievable. View menu

I can understand why this establishment has received negative reviews. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but it arrived without any cheese on it. To make matters worse, they charged me an extra dollar for adding lettuce and tomato. The staff were also extremely rude, and the restaurant itself was very dirty. I would recommend avoiding this place and saving your money.

This deli is absolutely terrible! We are a nearby medical facility that recently began ordering from here. The woman who answers the phone is incredibly rude and has no issue yelling at you to speed up your order. If you order anything with bread, expect it to be delivered burnt to a crisp, no matter if you requested it toasted or not. Avoid this place at all costs!

Apparently it is a new food place, the lady in the box of good precence, and very attentive to your requirement, what I requested (three products) was as requested, the taste of the food seemed to me in good taste and taste , as for the cleanliness of the establishment impeccably clean. I've been ordering breakfast here for the past couple of weeks. Food is always fresh and tastes great, the cooks are friendly and quick. Place is busy in the mornings, but customers get their orders fast. Unfortunately, they do not have chocolate croissants, but the orange cranberry muffin is absolutely amazing! I thought for being on 58th Street in the city, it would be expensive, but I pay the same amount for the same breakfast in Queens.

Deli is okay. It’s unfortunately the only option or I would likely go elsewhere. Cashier is rude and the prices are ridiculous. I just got charge $7 for grilled cheese. To be clear, that’s two slices of white bread and American cheese. When I questioned why the sandwich was more than an omelette with vegetables the cashier shouted at me “Eggs are eggs! Grilled cheese is grilled cheese!” I’ll be supporting the local carts from now on instead.
