"The atmosphere was quite dreary, lacking any holiday decorations, and instead of festive music, we were subjected to loud soft rock. The only nod to Christmas was some red and green napkins. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. I ordered a glass of wine that took almost 20 minutes to arrive. They put down an appetizer without informing us what it was. It turned out to be dry pork on a stale crouton, accompanied by other unidentifiable contents that were either too wilted or tasteless. One of the first courses, a lobster bisque, was served with a teaspoon instead of a proper soup spoon, making it challenging to eat without spilling. The bisque tasted like something mass-produced in an industrial kitchen, definitely not fresh. For our main course, we chose the prime rib, but it seemed they had run out of properly cooked meat before we got there. What we received were slabs that were cooked on the edges, while the majority was so raw it was inedible. Dessert was served while we still had our dinner plates on the table. When we asked to take the uneaten meat home to cook it ourselves, they merely dropped plastic containers on the table for us to pack it up. I had no idea the Hyatt had fallen so far. This was an absolutely terrible dining experience, and the service could not have been worse. It was so bad that it almost felt comical. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant or any other location in this hotel chain. Buyer beware!"
