"one more of my first time. I ordered the spinach rolls to start the garlic. it was amazing and I ate everything. my kerl ordered the beef cabobs and they were well flavored, but a bit hard. I loved the decor and the music. I will definitely go back! I always forget to make photos at the beginning of the meal. the eating was hot and beautiful delivered and the staff was amazing. when we were out on the terrace, we saw people who fell out of the sky. I put the video here. it was so cool."

"We recently had a large group gathering at this restaurant and found the staff to be very accommodating. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and we especially enjoyed the tasty adult beverages. The atmosphere was fun and appealing to guests of all ages."

"My party of 2 sat near the bar where it was just us and a other party of 2 and took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. We ordered our food and drinks together. The food got there before our drinks. I asked the bar tender what was going on with my drink andhe mentioned waitress needed to let us know that ingredients are not available. He went ahead and made a drink right there toapologize about the waitress not being attentive(at this time we are the only 2 sitting at a bar table). The food was sad, whywould you put rotten celery on the plate, you can see the quality in the picture. This isn't my first bad experience but wantedto give a second chance. First time shame on you second shame on me and I won't be going for a third. Just go to bolerodownstairs they have better service and the games on."

"I had one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered. The waitstaff were decent, but the kitchen struggled to deliver the food on time and correctly. The fries weren't the ones I ordered; when they finally arrived, they were cold. The burger, which I requested to be cooked medium, was nowhere near a safe temperature. To make matters worse, they sent out another burger that was very undercooked. It's important to note that both of these burgers were meant for children under 12. The first burger was partially eaten, but we refused to let anyone touch the second one; we even cut it in half out of sheer curiosity. The manager did try to make things right by not charging us for the meal, but it was still a huge disappointment, especially since it was one of the first gatherings with my extended family in a long time."

"I made reservations online for a private section for my son birthday. When I got there I was shown were to go when you book a table, but that didn’t matter because I was still seated in the loud area where I did not want to be seated. The drinks I ordered was the strawberry watermelon margaritas and they were soo sweet you didn’t taste any liquor at all. Our waited barely checked on us and every time our food came out it was took to and placed on another table then bought to us right after. I did not enjoy this visit"

"My boyfriend and I came out for our anniversary monday night and it was an absolute mess of a night. We made reservations for a table but when we arrived a waiter instructed us just to take a random table in a certain section and our waiter Diane would be with us shortly. We waited 15-20 minutes without being greeted by our waitress finally deciding to use the QR option on the table to place our order. Once we placed the order I paid for majority of the bill with my card and about 18 dollars on my boyfriends card. We received our food in what is a timely matter, at this point we have been here for an hour and we still have not received our drinks or met our waiter. I had substituted a meat patty for a vegetarian one in a burger but received a meat patty when the food arrived. A new server who seems to have been transferred our table came and brought 2/3 of our drinks and i had asked to confirm the burger was vegetarian. He said he will check and return with a response. 20 minutes passed, food was cold and still no answer. My boyfriend asked for the manger on shift, Michael was very helpful and offered to refund some of the bill. We agreed but he returned saying only 18 dollars was paid, i opened my bank account and the 64ish was pending on my transactions. He said he wont be able to do a refund but since there was so many issues he would just take care of us for the night. My boyfriends card was just charged the 64ish dollars. I really do not recommend coming here for dinner if you want to avoid a headache or a better option would be to probably sit at the bar."

"I reserved 22. We just sat on a table for 14. I had to find someone to tell them it was wrong. The whole staff was unhappy. After our first round of drinks we were told that the bar was behind us. We had empty cups for 3/4 of our visit. Only 2 meals were ground so that there was a plus. But the checks were wrong. The server then told us it was their first night. Too bad they give us as their first table. I could never find her when I needed her and worried when she cries in her back. I called the management several times and no one would ever help. After 4 times, the controls were not correct. It was the worst experience I ever had. The waitress apologised for a million times, but it really wasn't her fault. The management could have helped her and they didn't choose it. You lost because we might have to play games. Instead, we had to go to the bar and pay separately just to get drinks. This facility has fallen so fast."

"Got sat way past our reservation. Almost 30 mins late. You’d think with a party of 20 they’d have us prepared and expected a large party to show up. Tons of workers but no one to bus the tables?? No sense of urgency from the staff. I get you’re busy and you can’t control when people leave, but the tables sitting there untouched while everyone just stands there and watches the game. Takes 4-5 people to bus the tables and still takes them 15 mins to clean it. The manager came up to us and apologized and we told him we understood but the sense of urgency wasn’t there. The food was alright, drinks were good. Needed a couple of those to ease the situation."

"First time last night. Although having a reservation didn't seem to matter as we were stuck in a corner when there were plenty of booths available as well as other tables. Hostess seemed overwhelmed and the woman who seated us was rude. That said, our server was great. I think her name was Bella. She timed every stop at our table perfectly, and we waited for nothing. The burger was amazing, the Cobb salad was good as was the fish and chips. The Cesar salad was extremely overdressed but the salmon was perfect . Their nachos as an appetizer were out of this world! Overall, will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Had a blast with the games. Great night was had by all."

"I didn't initially want to bring it up, but then she came over and yelled at me. By the time she approached, her coworker had returned to the counter. She accused me of lying, claiming she had only been away for 30 seconds, which was absolutely untrue. There had actually been no one at the counter for at least five minutes, if not longer. I had previously thought she was rude when I checked out myself while waiting with my sister, but this was downright aggressive. I understand that people can be dealing with their own issues or pain, but I can't imagine her speaking to a child in that manner."

"I booked a reservation for 10 for a child 's birthday party. We were seated in the back and promptly forgotten about. I had 7 jazzed up children wanting to play and no way to get them game cards. I had to wander around trying to find someone to help us while multiple other servers passed by our table to get to the computer right next to us. We had to ask for everything from menus to silverware. Most of my night was wandering the building looking for a server to help us. The manager came on the PA a few times to make rude announcements like, There are people waiting, so if you 're done eating, leave. This didn 't apply to us, because we hadn 't even gotten our food, but my god. The food is overpriced, generic bar food. People aren 't coming to Dave and Buster 's for the cuisine. Snarky building-wide announcements is uncalled for. Lastly, we had a birthday card stolen, ripped open, gift card pilfered, and card and envelope discarded on the ground. We dropped around A LOT of money for terrible service, mediocre food, and rude ambience. You couldn 't pay me to go back there."

"All right overall experience was good but my husband was very disappointing because the way you put the tip on the final bill was very misleading. He did not realize that the tip is already included in the server ended up getting a double tap.. Prices are expensive enough without spending extra money. He was not happy. "I reserved a table for 10 for my birthday for my children and grandchildren on line for a month in advance … I did not get a confirmation email, so I called The local Utica, MI) to confirm I did the reservation correctly and to ask a few questions. I had to call several times and no answer at any prompt .. front desk, centering, etc… finally got a person in another state to answer and said she would email the correct person .. who called me and helped. I then made a second reservation for a different date .. because some of my guests couldn’t make it for the first date .. Again I tried calling the Utica office numerous times and prompts and no answer to cancel the one date reservation. I finally had to drive to the location to cancel my one date to be courteous) spoke with the manager a man) explained why I was there and no one answered the phone on all prompts .. including catering.. I asked if there was any compensation because I had to drive to the location to cancel on reservation and he said no. And I asked about how the cards work etc .. was assured my server would help.. Yesterday Feb. 10) was my party and when I checked in, I was told my reservation was not found .. another manager came over and resolved that issue, we were seated at a table what was soo off balance it was awful .. had to ask to be reseated to a better table so our food/ drink would not be spilled or slide off of the table. Our waitress was Hailey .. I asked her to help us with the cards as I was told that I had to go to the front desk .. I explained that I was told the waitress will help us .. twice .. and she said not true.. she took our order .. and rarely checked on us .. including to get our bill, plates and forks for the birthday cake. When we went to the front desk to get help with getting playing cards for the kids .. the line was very, very long. Asked another employee and was told our server could help us, I said I was told that twice and was sent us to the desk."

"One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The horrible service might have been understandable had the dining area been busy but only a few tables had patrons. The kitchen is apparently severely understaffed and unable to properly cook a burger to medium well. 2 of our burgers were practically raw and not edible. Manager did comp some of the meal but that did little to make up for the horrible dining experience. Finally went into the arcade area after our “meal” and ordered a drink. Server never came back with the drink but instead stood at the bar playing on their phone. Finally left since it was obvious that they had no intention of bringing our drink over. 10 out of 10 would never recommend this place and have no plans to return."
