"My boyfriend and I came out for our anniversary monday night and it was an absolute mess of a night. We made reservations for a table but when we arrived a waiter instructed us just to take a random table in a certain section and our waiter Diane would be with us shortly. We waited 15-20 minutes without being greeted by our waitress finally deciding to use the QR option on the table to place our order. Once we placed the order I paid for majority of the bill with my card and about 18 dollars on my boyfriends card. We received our food in what is a timely matter, at this point we have been here for an hour and we still have not received our drinks or met our waiter. I had substituted a meat patty for a vegetarian one in a burger but received a meat patty when the food arrived. A new server who seems to have been transferred our table came and brought 2/3 of our drinks and i had asked to confirm the burger was vegetarian. He said he will check and return with a response. 20 minutes passed, food was cold and still no answer. My boyfriend asked for the manger on shift, Michael was very helpful and offered to refund some of the bill. We agreed but he returned saying only 18 dollars was paid, i opened my bank account and the 64ish was pending on my transactions. He said he wont be able to do a refund but since there was so many issues he would just take care of us for the night. My boyfriends card was just charged the 64ish dollars. I really do not recommend coming here for dinner if you want to avoid a headache or a better option would be to probably sit at the bar."

"I reserved a table for 10 for my birthday for my children and grandchildren on line for a month in advance … I did not get a confirmation email, so I called The local Utica, MI) to confirm I did the reservation correctly and to ask a few questions. I had to call several times and no answer at any prompt .. front desk, centering, etc… finally got a person in another state to answer and said she would email the correct person .. who called me and helped. I then made a second reservation for a different date .. because some of my guests couldn’t make it for the first date .. Again I tried calling the Utica office numerous times and prompts and no answer to cancel the one date reservation. I finally had to drive to the location to cancel my one date to be courteous) spoke with the manager a man) explained why I was there and no one answered the phone on all prompts .. including catering.. I asked if there was any compensation because I had to drive to the location to cancel on reservation and he said no. And I asked about how the cards work etc .. was assured my server would help.. Yesterday Feb. 10) was my party and when I checked in, I was told my reservation was not found .. another manager came over and resolved that issue, we were seated at a table what was soo off balance it was awful .. had to ask to be reseated to a better table so our food/ drink would not be spilled or slide off of the table. Our waitress was Hailey .. I asked her to help us with the cards as I was told that I had to go to the front desk .. I explained that I was told the waitress will help us .. twice .. and she said not true.. she took our order .. and rarely checked on us .. including to get our bill, plates and forks for the birthday cake. When we went to the front desk to get help with getting playing cards for the kids .. the line was very, very long. Asked another employee and was told our server could help us, I said I was told that twice and was sent us to the desk."
