We were promptly seated and our server was attentive. The food was enjoyable, though we found it to be on the pricey side.

It was great. There was only one server, and he was very overwhelmed because someone walked out on their bill. He was very friendly to us though and accommodating, so it was a good experience.

They were short on help in the rsvp area but we felt our service once we were say was good. Not overly long to get food. Our server was always stopping by and was cheerful. We did have ckn strips both orders were not hit but they ate them. View menu

The food was so delicious! The service was outstanding. We barely had to wait once our order was out in. The menu seems small at first glance, but the portions are huge! We will definitely be back to try new food that may become our next favorites!

It took almost 3 hours for us to be seated and order 2 drinks and appetizers, even though we had a reservation. The server seemed very overwhelmed with the number of tables he was serving, so I believe it was due to poor staffing by management. Our dining experience here was terrible overall, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Had a reservation didn't even get to check in until 15 minutes after our 6:30 reso . Finally sat about 6:55. Only 2 servers? Why take reservations Steak salad not cooked to temp requested as server asked what temperature missing bleu cheese. Automatic grat not listed anywhere. Had to find out own silverware no napkins. Wanted a special night for my son's 21st birthday. Know it was Valentine's Day but why did we even reserve as we waited way too long in line. View menu

Our waitress at first told us all tables had been booked , after going online and seing there were multiple tables avaibile we booked seats , after I alesia or Felicia I belive her name was found out we were able to book she became upset and asked another employee what should she do , they replied “seat them” the entire evening we went to the main area food court to place orders because no one came to our table to take orders the entire time we were there. Was a very bad experience my family and I do not plan to return

Unfortunately, my party of 10 did not have a good experience. I understand that it’s a busy place, but we waited an hour after ordering to get our meals which also came with our appetizers at the same time. Our waitress would walk by our table and avoid looking at us because she knew that it was not going well. it would’ve been much better had she came over and just told us what the problem was. When it came time to pay our bill, that easily took another 40 minutes. We contacted a manager to let him know of our concerns and he apologized, but offered zero compensation. I reserved a table for 10 for my birthday for my children and grandchildren on line for a month in advance … I did not get a confirmation email, so I called The local Utica, MI) to confirm I did the reservation correctly and to ask a few questions. I had to call several times and no answer at any prompt .. front desk, centering, etc… finally got a person in another state to answer and said she would email the correct person .. who called me and helped. I then made a second reservation for a different date .. because some of my guests couldn’t make it for the first date ..
