"I recently visited this restaurant on April 26, 2021. I ordered from their online menu, selecting the ziti and veal dinner with a little sauce and mushrooms, as well as a small three-way pizza and a small four-way pizza. When I delivered the food to my family, I was in for a shocking surprise. The veal ziti dinner I ordered had been replaced with an extremely dry chicken breast and a stale bun. I called to report the error and was told, "We do not sell veal." I was completely appalled that I wasn't informed during my order, as I had no option to choose an alternative. What if I had been allergic to the chicken they provided? I demanded a refund for the decision they made on my behalf, but all I received was a refund for a soft drink. Great job, Stow House of Pizza, on a truly disappointing experience."
