"I continued to support the restaurant even after the dip in service, although my visits dropped to less than once a month. On one occasion, I was overcharged for an item when there was chicken available instead of a pricier meat, but I chose to let it slide. A few months ago, however, I had a particularly disappointing experience. The man at the counter, whom I assume is the owner or a manager, gave me a soda refill and brusquely told me, "This is your last refill." His tone was insulting, and since that encounter, I haven't returned. The picture I included is from my last visit.
If the staff could speed up the food service, diners wouldn’t have to wait at their tables for 20 minutes before needing a soda refill. Most of their customers are students or employees from the nearby area, all of whom have limited lunch breaks. The previous owners and managers were very pleasant, but that hasn’t been the case with the new owner."
