We've been through some stuff together, life really isn't that!! SMILE!!!!! Acknowledge customers like we aren't a burden to your life. I'd you're that upset about working at a deli, QUIT!!! Close the doors and hand over the keys to someone who would DIE to be in your shoes. A welcoming greeting, a smile with the service, a little small talk. You don't have to become best friends with people but we go through our own struggles in life. Stop bringing yours to work and serving it to us. Food is basic. Needs a full renovation internally and the menu!"

The Idle Hour Deli never fails to deliver a fantastic meal! I highly recommend the Hungry Man Hero, which includes two eggs with your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, served with home fries. It's absolutely delicious!

The service was really disappointing. The phone etiquette was terrible. An older woman answered and was quite rude. When I asked to place a pickup order, she simply said it would be ready in 25 minutes. After I gave her my order, she just hung up without another word. Seriously, that’s not acceptable.
