"The food at Port is consistently good. However, we had a missing portion of our online order last night. When I contacted the restaurant, I expected to be directed to call doordash for a refund. To my surprise, the staff was very polite and explained that they were out of curly fries so they substituted regular fries. They also promised to send out our missing mozzarella sticks along with an additional order of fries. We eventually received the rest of our order along with a complimentary giant cookie as an apology. Thank you for your quick and professional handling of the situation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman I spoke to. Thank you again!"

"We usually order from this deli for the last couple of times our orders have been wrong/incomplete. We usually dont call back since we r busy but today drew the line. First thing i said she when girl answered was that the orders have been wrong for the last few times. Told her the only person that gets it right is the lady. I placed order she repeated every was ok until we got it. There was salt n pepper on my sandwich (did not ask asked for 3 egg and platter with bacon, toast home fries, got just SCRAMBLED EGGS!! I called them up they were SO RUDE didnt let me speak and said they checked to make sure everything was in there. Asked to speak to manager n she said it was her. She said she will deliver a new plater and did not apologize even after telling her the many times they got it wrong. She was also saying we did the order wrong but when they girl repeated order its was right. Got a new order and guess what!!!? NO BACON!! The slip had bacon circled and she also wrote me a note “when call ask for 3 eggs w/meat plater w/hf and white white toast : “Home girl STILL got it wrong!!! never again….looking for a new deli. If I could give a 0 I would. The overall experience is horrible"

"I ordered the Vanderbilt!? A Philly cheesesteak with eggs!? WHAT. THE. HELL IS THIS!? What a joke. Y'all want some steak with your lettuce tomato!? $13 for this and a coffee!? It's 2023! We've been through some stuff together, life really isn't that!! SMILE!!!!! Acknowledge customers like we aren't a burden to your life. I'd you're that upset about working at a deli, QUIT!!! Close the doors and hand over the keys to someone who would DIE to be in your shoes. A welcoming greeting, a smile with the service, a little small talk. You don't have to become best friends with people but we go through our own struggles in life. Stop bringing yours to work and serving it to us. Food is basic. Needs a full renovation internally and the menu!"
