"I recently visited a drive-thru and ordered a combo meal that included four chicken tenders, but I ended up receiving the wrong order. At first, I thought it wasn't a big deal; however, when I attempted to go inside for a refund, I was told I needed to wait in line again. While I was waiting, I saw two cars leave the line in frustration. Eventually, I was informed that they couldn't locate a manager to assist me and were only able to offer me extra food instead. I insisted on getting a refund. After some time, they finally found a manager who asked for my receipt, but I didn't have one because they had run out of paper when I ordered. Thankfully, the manager did issue my refund. Normally, I would chalk this up to a lesson learned, but this was my second unsatisfactory experience at different locations, and I won't be returning."
