"The staff was very welcoming, but sadly, the food was cold at 11:45 AM. The chicken was overcooked and difficult to chew. Although the drive-thru was busy, I chose to dine in, yet there were only two other customers in the restaurant. The place could really use a makeover, as the interior feels quite outdated. The tables seemed old and sticky, even though there was someone constantly attempting to clean them."

Quick service. Don't order a family meal in the drive-thru if you drive a compact or sports car. The take-out box is HUGE! It will not fit in your window. Funny sight to see.

I ordered spicy fried chicken, but it took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed; the pieces were small and overcooked, making it rather unappetizing. I won't be returning.

We were just passing through and decided to stop after seeing the billboards. We arrived at this particular location around 4 PM, and there was only one other car in the drive-thru. We ordered a 20-piece mixed meal with tenders and sides, but the food was old and dry. The biscuits were also dry and lacked flavor. The only thing worthwhile was the sweet tea, which was quite good.

I ordered two sausage biscuits and a large serving of grits at the drive-thru to take home and share, but only received one sausage biscuit. When I called to resolve the issue, they initially gave me the runaround before stating that I hadn't actually used the drive-thru. I've observed a decline in service recently, and this experience was the final straw for me. I won't be coming back. View menu

"The service was excellent. It is one of the best dining experiences that I have had. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We loved almost all of the food except one dish that we felt was not prepared well. However, after hearing our feedback, the server immediately exchanged it for a fresh dish in matter of minutes. We were very appreciative although the dish was still not completely to our liking. A few minutes later, another server asked us about the dish. Although we insisted it was fine to prevent bringing any more trouble to the waiters, he could tell we still didn’t like the dish. He then suggested yet another replacement dish and we loved it. This restaurant truly did their part to make their customers happy. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing food and exceptional service! We had breakfast here on Sunday, and everything was absolutely delicious! The meal was served piping hot, with generous portions that left our plates overflowing. Our server, Erica, was fantastic; her positive attitude made our experience even better, and she made sure we had everything we needed. If you visit, definitely ask if she’s working! Tonight, we returned for dinner, and once again, the food was delightful, with portions so generous they were spilling off the sides of the plate. We will definitely be coming back!"

"This is my worse experience ever at Chick-fil-A. Last night I went to Chick-fil-A in Evans Georgia. I waited in line for a long time they proceeded to mess up my order. I asked for no pickles on my chicken sandwich however, when I finally got home after a long hard days work took a bite out of my sandwich, not only was there pickles but there was extra pickles throughout my sandwich. On top of that, the other meal I had purchased for my significant other was fairly cold not cooked fresh to order. I then went back up to the Chick-fil-A to have my order corrected to my liking when I asked for the manager to show them where they messed my order up, the manager came off as uncaring while correcting my order. I also noticed that the lobby of this Chick-fil-A was extremely filthy. When I finally received my order, the manager handed me my food very rudely as if I did something wrong. After eating the food that night, we noticed something was offsetting. We woke up this morning are now experiencing upset stomach constant back forth to the bathroom. This is upsetting because this is interfering with my day to day tasks at my job. Situations like this are very upsetting because what if I were allergic to pickles? All in all, I spent 25+ to 30+ dollars just for my order to be not up to my liking the standard set by your establishment. I’m very disappointed as this is not normal customer satisfactory at Chick-fil-A."
