"The manager at this restaurant is outstanding! My husband was really hungry, and I couldn’t cook for him tonight, so he ordered some boneless wings to go. Unfortunately, when he picked them up, they were cold and included just a small piece of celery with a sprig. We called to explain the situation, and the manager personally prepared a fresh batch for him. It turned out perfectly—each piece was delicious and honestly the best wings we've ever had! Applebee's definitely made a great choice in hiring him. He was incredibly kind and accommodating."

"I went to Applebee on Saturday night and it was very busy. She was sitting at the bar. The staff was friendly but very slow when ordering and not very attentive. The restaurant was a bit clean, but given the crowd of people, I would say you are obliged to see some chaos. I ordered the shrimp-mounted duck and my friend ordered the salmon that came with Mac and cheese together with Broccoli. I do not enjoy the shrimp luxus, which was described as roasted shrimps with sommes and a spicy sauce on it. I had extra sauce, because the meal had hardly any. The food wasn't hot when I got it. I ordered the blondie Brownie to dessert. Very disappointed. It didn't look like the picture. They put the cream cheese frosting on the side and as I asked for my ice cream on the side, they put it in a bowl on the hot skill that completely melted my ice. Ten minutes later they came out with another topping. I didn't know if I had to prepare the dessert myself. Don't think I'll make a trip here soon."

"(Tip) When ordering delivery, it's better to use the Applebee's website, as DoorDash prices are higher along with additional fees. You can't go wrong with the riblets and Fiesta Lime Chicken, and the mozzarella sticks are also excellent. However, the steaks consistently arrive undercooked. I always request them well done, but they usually come out pink to rare. If you're looking for a treat, definitely try the Blondie—it's a delightful dessert made with maple butter and walnuts!"

"The staff at this restaurant are friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy their Bourbon chicken with the garnish—it’s delicious and reasonably priced. Although I recently dined there, the food remains consistently good. Sometimes, I need to request extra garlic butter, but it's always worth it. I have only had one issue with this dish on a particular day. My family and I often visit and we love the ambiance. The 2-for-$30 deal is quite reasonable. Their burgers are also quite tasty, and the tomato soup is excellent, too."

"Ordered the all you can eat shrimp rib boneless I only got one of each and I was full I did not Gorge myself. Because I got barbecue sauce they charged me extra siting inventory reasons, but had I got a refill and ordered the sauce on the Boneless tenders I would not have been charged. So I saved them money by not ringing out an additional order for boneless tenders. I told that to the waitress so because I got the sauce on the side and didn't order another set of boneless tenders you're going to charge me for the sauce and she said yes for inventory reasons. Sorry but for the attitude problem I won't be back and I definitely made sure she knew that her tip sucked. It was just the principle of charging me for the plastic cup in the sauce but I did not order the additional tenders to save them money and because of the promotion I would have got those tenders included with the barbecue sauce as part of my meal deal."

"I have to say honestly, this place really has to bring him together. it's about the 4th time I was at this place and it won't be better. I will not go back. the service sucked, was not friendly at all, had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my meal and it wasn't even right. they want my advice not to drive the additional 20 miles to sedals where it is better or to the city."

"Had a great time with a couple of good friends that I went with. We had a few big brewtus beers and met other fun patrons while there and had the appetizer platter, which was very tasty. The bartender was fun and friendly and even the manager was there and talked with us. He was very sweet and we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere that Applebee's claims in it's name. They have great meal and drink deals for watching your pocketbook! "even if the wait until sitting seemed to take longer than necessary. they turned it with a perfectly cooked steak around. medium rare, which was in the middle red, but still tasted well. steak was so delicious that I didn't even ruin it by crushing it in a1 sauce. also a free birthday desert for my young! also our server manuel has checked us well and made sure that we hot our drinks. a plus service for this guy."

"We've always enjoyed Applebee's but since they can't hire enough employees their product has suffered. The place was only 1/3full and you still have to wait because they can't handle any more patrons. Food takes twice as long to get and my ribs were nothing like I'm used to getting. Seemed like they were old and very dry. We won't be back until we see the parking lot start to fill up again."

It seems like this place should shut down, as the workers seem to not care about their jobs or the fact that they have one. I gave them a rating of 1 star, but they do not even deserve that. "Very busy around 6 pm, very awesome server. This was her second day working in this Lancaster,Pennsylvania location. She was so friendly and outgoing. They were short staffed due to the 45 minute wait for table. Waited outside gave phone number, went backin after 45 minutes and hostess said they called. Showed her my phone and no call. I asked if they dial one first, told herwhen giving her the name and number we were from our of state not a local phone number. "I visited this restaurant with my family around 6 PM for lunch, and we were seated promptly. We have four little ones, and they absolutely loved the chicken tenders and fries. My fiancée ordered the four-cheese pasta with honey chicken, while I went for the clubhouse grilled sandwich. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious—definitely worth the price. Our server, Karley M., provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. She checked in on us frequently and was quick to refill our drinks. I also want to mention that the manager came by to check on us twice during our visit. Everyone was very attentive and friendly, even though the restaurant was quite busy—I'd estimate it was at least half full, if not more."

"Had my first girls night out in years, and we picked Applebee's because of their $1 signature drink of the month. Now, I've been to Applebee's numerous times when I lived down state, but this was by far the BEST experience I've had! Not only was the food great, but we didn't know we were going out on Homecoming weekend, but we didn't have a long wait to be seated, greeted, or food! "The food was surprisingly mediocre. The service left much to be desired... hostesses although polite in a cold clinical way.. where not helpful nor inciteful about their own menus and drink.. the margarita was very strong and uninteresting, once u get past the alcohol taste there didn't seem to be much more then sugar syrup to stand for itself.. so don't order sugar on ur glass .. the food was disappointing.. ordered shrimp and 8oz sirloin w garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw.. certainly not a meal I wish to eat again... slaw was so dry it was not very tasty.. had dishsoap flavor.. .. and 4 tiny shrimp ?... and no way was that 8 Oz parmesean crusted sirloin.. very unhappy.. and the 1/2 rack of fall apart babby back ribs required a knife to get anything off the bone.. very very unhappy ?"
