"My family and I have visited this location since we are locals on more than one occasion.Staff was always mediocre but the items were great. Unfortunately we will not be back again and pressed has lost frequent customers. We ordered our items and were not advised nor were there any signs posted informing that patrons may not eat inside due to their company policy mandate . Chairs were also down by all of the tables, welcoming . They were not up or removed indicating no indoor seating. We sat down for no more than 5 minutes before another member from the back who did not serve us asked us to leave due to their company policy that no patrons may eat inside. The last time I was here was a week before that in where that wasn 't a condition. We ate inside then. As an attorney I would highly advise the owners of this location to properly make a patron policy notice visible regarding this new or recent policy changes so pressed patrons may make an informed decision whether they 're ok with not being welcome inside to enjoy their purchase or not . We were the only Asian patrons inside no other patrons .. possibly we were discriminated against by one of the staff members and pressed should consider retraining their staff against discrimination before someone takes legal action for such conduct if such policies do not exist. Such conduct will be taken the wrong way and it comes off very unprofessional."

"I like Pressed Juice and even a VIP member for while. But OMG the person who work at Torrey Hill location, she was awwwwwweful with zero customer friendly service and the attitude was very unpleasant! The experience with her was so unpleasant I do not wish to go back to the location. I asked for one sample and she misunderstood that I was buying the product. I asked her if I could sample and then she gave me. After the try, I decided to get one and she asked me if she could give me the bottle she opened up for the sample tasting. No one ever asked the question before and I was like what...?! but I told her that since I am not going to drink this bottle right away, I like to have the new bottle that was unopened. I eventually select all my 6 bottles and was about to pay, she packed 7 which means she was not paying attention, and she said I had to reload the credit through the app otherwise I wouldn 't get the discount. Earlier, I had an issue reloading the fund and I even showed her I kept getting Failed to reload the fund message. I was in rush since it was the lunch break, and hope to get out ASAP but she kept insisting that I had to reload the fund even after I showed her the issue with app and wasted my time. I told her no one asked me that I had to pay through the app before and how come you are the only person asking this way, she said everyone else was wrong before. Really? I 've been coming in here as a VIP member for a year, and all that time, everyone else was wrong. If so, this business definitely is not structured with no consistency with unfriendly employee with such an attitude."
