"I ordered the second escape on the menu, but in my haste I said “Steak and Pommes” to the server my wife ordered fish and chips. when the meal finally came, my wife got fish and pommes! and I got a steak dinner with roasted kartoffels. When I asked the meal, I was told that others were coming, but they were just trying to " spend the meal." in the did she wanted to bring me a few fries to go with my current meal! I didn't tell the server to bring the fries and tried to eat one of the worst steaks at all. the flesh was full of gristle, the kartoffels were done under and the sweets were soggy. as we were done, the server of my wife was ugly smashed and a piece of broth! that was supposed to be part of her meal. we wanted to see the manager, but waited and waited without answer. When we went to the bank, we were told that there was no manager in the restaurant and after I complained about the inability, I was told that I had to pay the bill and that a manager would call us later to discuss the complaints. the server were stable to give us their names and the manager name and did not offer any excuses for the **** food, nor options for the exorbitant fees. the atmosphere is industrial and loud, eating is marginal when you get it, the service is slow and the waiting staff is dissatisfied and incompetent. never again! total waste of money!"
