"My sons and I were on our way to be camp counselors at Camp Wabun driving from Boston with a plan to stay in Pembroke for the night. As we were driving at 8, we say the brew pub and pulled in to our great pleasure. As one son said, it was 50% better than expected. Great ambiance. Guitar player performing. Good selections of beer (we had the IPA twice each) with wine and cocktails available. Great range of food selections. We sat at the bar and were well served. Great Friday night dinner on the road. We will go again"

Loved the vibe, the food and of course, the beer! Started with a flight and ended the night with two Farmers' Daughters. Epic????. Truly great food and fun atmosphere. Will come back again when I'm in town. Great staff too!

We enjoyed a great dinner here (and enjoyed the live music) as we arrived for a rafting trip. We enjoyed it so much that we came back again the next night. The place has a young "vibe" and straightforward food, very well presented. Great to sample the flights of beers brewed on site.

We tasted this craft beer at a restaurant and then asked where to find the brewery. It was super easy to find. The parking lot is huge and can accommodate all kinds of vehicles. You can eat here in rustic environment. We just stopped for beer. We purchased Whitewater's Farmers Daughter and can recommend.

Recently dined at the Whitewater Brewing Co restaurant in Cobden. Interesting setting, but food was truly average. Burgers were big and tasty enough, but there was NO ketchup available. The waitress explained that they were in the process of making their own. Not great for those who like ketchup on their burgers and fries. Also, something was wrong with their vinegar: it had no bite, and seemed to be watered down. Overall, pretty disappointing. View menu

Stopped in June, had one of the best hamburgers I've ever had, perfectly seasoned and cooked with real thick bacon and lovely aioli! Stopped again last week for breakfast and had weird uninspiring Huevos Rancheros. Thin tortillas with a smear of guac, beans and thin bacon and overpoached egg...breakfast potatoes were good.I love their beer, great vibe but prob won't be back for breaky.Great staff and atmosphere, but not well air-conditioned on roasty days.

"The Hummus Platter was exceptional—without a doubt the best I've ever tasted. Instead of just a small bowl of hummus with a few pita chips, it was a generous plate of hummus served alongside an even larger plate of assorted marinated vegetables for dipping. I was also pleasantly surprised to find Beyond Burgers on the menu! They came topped with lettuce, tomato, and avocado, but sadly there were no condiments like ketchup, mustard, or pickles. The fries were tasty as well. One of our vegetarian friends tried the Margherita Flatbread, which was quite large—definitely meant to be shared by two or more people. He claimed it was incredibly delicious, though it did have cheese on it, so he ended up eating the whole thing himself and didn’t seem to mind at all! I ordered a salad with the best balsamic dressing I've ever had; it wasn't sweet at all, which I really appreciated since I'm not a fan of sweet dressings. The salad was enormous, and I savored every bite. One of our group also got the Brussels sprouts and said they were delightful. The beers were fantastic too, each served in glasses featuring their cool witch logo. One person from our group even left with a t-shirt from the restaurant. The only downside was the tables—there were pipes positioned just right to bang your knees against when you sat down. Our waitress was vegan, which made things easier because she understood our dietary preferences right away. She was attentive and very friendly. We ended up ordering so much food that our bill came to over $100 for the three of us, but it was definitely worth it!"
