"We went for our 5 year anniversary dinner specifically made the reservation for the lounge assuming it would be adult only as they have a restaurant for families. There was one large group with about 8 kids. The kids were running around the lounge no one was watching them the parents were all oblivious. The servers repeatedly apologized to all patrons for the children. It wasn't their fault. The group with all the kids was made up of 4 couples . So 8 adults not one of them was even attempting to correct any children . Overall it was not the romantic evening we had planned. We left our kids at home for a reason. I was very disappointed that a manager didn't address the large group as they were finished eating and ask then to move on or at least keep there kids at the table. I would never allow my children to act like that in public. It really took away from our overall experience. The food was good although I felt a bit over priced for the amount you got to eat. If I'm spending $300 dollars for a meal out with my husband. The over all experience is very important and it just wasn't great. That was our first time at Vons since it moved downtown . I don't think we will go back. To pay for parking and pay that much for a meal and then feel like your at a McDonald's the way all the kids were running around wasn't a great time. So it was our anniversary our reservations were for 6:30pm and we were home by 8:30pm. Not quite the evening out we had planned."

"Not bad! I really enjoyed the food, especially the unique smoky salsa. The prices are reasonable too. Although I live in Easley, I will definitely come back when I'm in the area. I liked the authentic Mexican-style asada tacos, but the tortillas were a bit too thick and not fully cooked—kind of like flour tortillas. They had a buttery taste or something, but they weren't as good as the burrito. Overall, it was a nice experience!"

"The pizza here was fantastic!! Stopped on our way home from Encore. A small pizza had 6 huge slices!!! I would say it was probably a 16”. Got spinach, mushrooms, and onions and all the veggies were fresh, but it definitely could have used more. Be careful if you’re considering ordering extra cheese, because it’s already LOADED with cheese. The employees were nice and the pizza came out pretty quickly. I don’t remember how much it was though. I’d say probably average, because I would definitely recall if it were unusually cheap or expensive. Took the last 2 slices home and woke up late at night and microwaved them, to my surprise they were still pretty good. And I do nottttt like microwaved pizza, but I was starving!! "

"The prices here are outrageous, and the food didn’t live up to expectations. One diner even remarked that a burger he had at the racetrack was far better than the $34 wagyu burger served here. The $44 grouper was smothered in a heavy sauce, completely masking the taste of the fish. The snapper was served whole but was also bland and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, both the snapper and grouper came out without any side dishes. The whipped potatoes we ordered separately arrived cold, with chunks of cheese still intact instead of being properly blended. Overall, it was a very disappointing final meal for our trip, costing $355 for four people for food that just wasn’t good. One diner even suggested that Subway would have been a better choice, and the others all nodded in agreement."

"We totally enjoyed our dinner which ranged from a fried chicken sandwich, short rib farfalle Pasta, red wine braised short rib and roasted salmon. All entrees were cooked to perfection and were seasoned perfectly as well. The waitress Kara made our night special. She was efficient, friendly, checked on us and timed the appetizers to the dinner to the dessert perfectly. We had been unable to visit Terra as often as we have in the past but promise to return sooner this time around. Our family loves Terra and appreciates the dedication it takes to keep offering entrees that are farm fresh and sustainable, plus create dishes that are appetizing and delicious over and over again through the years."

"This place is a terrific stop out in the middle of nothing. There is always a special that isn't on the menu. The Italian dishes seem to be their mainstay. I highly recommend the Chicken Romano. They do use green peppers in their sauce, so if that's not for you avoid the red sauce. The sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups everything I've had has been good if not downright delicious. They make their own desserts which you see as soon as you step in the door in a case. The location is lovely. There is outdoor seating as well as enclosed porch and inside. Get a seat with a view of the woods and creek. Sit back and enjoy. Update: we have visited quite a few times now. Desserts are just not good. They look good, but they're typically not fresh, they're dry, super sugary icing that is left to crystalize. I wouldn't serve them in that condition. When we complained sent our plates back mostly full, only 1 dessert was refunded."

"I have been wanting to try this place after a great review from a friend. We happened to be in the area on a Friday afternoon and looking for something to bring home for dinner since we had our pup with us. There are so many amazing items on the menu that we must return and try them all, but we decided on pizzas since they travel well. The Copper Supreme was described as San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Bacon, Onion, Roasted Red Pepper, Kalamata Olive, Oregano, Red Pepper Flake, Parmesan, Pepperoncini . So.much.flavor. It has a little zip from the red pepper flakes which I think was the perfect touch. We loved it. The Prosciutto Ricotta Pizza was our other choice. While not as bold in flavor as the Supreme, it was not lacking flavor at all. Balsamic Onions, Sweet Garlic, .... Wow. The Prosciutto was crispy. The Ricotta was delicious on everything that it touched. My husband said that he could crave these. I agree."

"Not great! Had hopes because the website highlights a Chef, but I think he was off that evening. First of all, the Caesar salad was burnt and I 'm not even making that up. It is a grilled Caesar salad so don 't misinterpret that for a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Some advice, when the customer states they didn 't enjoy it because of the burnt flavor, don 't correct them and tell us to read the menu . I didn 't come to your establishment to be insulted, I came to enjoy myself and celebrate with my family. Your Caesar salad was a burnt stalk leaf of lettuce with crap on top of it. Why change a classic? How about get them accurate??? For example, I ordered lasagna and it looked like it was tossed onto the plate from a distance. It was small, it was splattered, and it had no appeal to it. I could 've gotten better out of a microwave and save myself the $28. Also, what 's with all the damn arugula? Back off and allow other lettuces to make an appearance... I spent over 20 yrs. in the culinary field in the military and when I tell you I wouldn 't serve their food to soldiers, I know what I 'm talking about. Will never go back."

"During my stay at Inn 500, I was able to dine twice at Richard's. Dinner was incredible. Our server, Geovanny, was so helpful and was on top of things for our table (6 guests). His knowledge of the menu was so helpful so that we could make our dinner choice. My other dining experience was for breakfast. Again, the food was so delicious. One of the best omelets I've had in a long time. Spencer, my server, was so kind; his demeanor, in the early morning, was so appreciative. When I'm back in Boise I will definitely stay at the Inn 500 and dine at Richard's. What a top notch hotel and restaurant. Well done!"

"Brand new first night waitress Kira attempted to wait on us we put in our drink orders and (simples orders for iced tea just 3 of us) and our dinner order. We did have a few questions about the menu and she did not have any answers, I do understand it was her first night, but it is important to look over a menu and try and learn about it before starting to work somewhere and their menu is not very big. 45 minutes later we still had no iced to or some order chowder or salad which is not included with a dinner and sold separate. We had to get up seek out another wait staff and request to speak to a manager. After some more waiting a chief named Sean came out and spoke with us and covered for a manager. He was very kind, apologetic and retook our order from memory. He brought it out to us personally, our waitress continued to be MIA, there was a very very very hard working man named Daniel working there who was busing tables, filling water, seating people, checking on us as our waitress was not. The other wait staff Will pretty much had all the other tables and Daniel did an excellent job keeping everyone one as happy as possible to try and keep the costumer service up. When we were done eating the waiting game began again. Waiting and waiting for our bill. Daniel and Will let Kira know multiple times we were waiting. There went probably another 45 minutes. She then finally brings us our bill after never having check on us once during our meal even to ask how our food was or did we need another iced tea etc. Sean had actually at one point run out from the kitchen to see how we were doing. She brings the bill and just stands there kind of staring at us not saying anything. I start to say something as at this point I feel that even though Sean was great etc we should get a discount and she just walks away. So we keep looking back towards the kitchen and she knows we are looking at her because she has peeked out. So she comes back to the table and I let her know how I felt and gave her some advice about understanding it was her first day but there is not excuse for the fact that we did not get even iced tea for 45 minutes. And then that she never checked on us and then just brings us the bill and then walked away when I was trying to talk to her. So over another 30 minutes goes by and she comes back with a discounted bill. 1 of the 3 total meals including the salad you buy separately had been removed. We then paid the bill at that point. We came for an early dinner and had arrived at 4:35. We left after 8pm. We did not order a 3 course dinner that could have been stretched into 2 hours were only drinking water and iced tea."

"Went for Valentine's Day Brunch. The decor was great- red tablecloths and flowers. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests and were still running around getting things set up after opening. Food was served in a buffet, as well as made to order omelets and red velvet waffles. The food was very good, but omelets took at least 20 minutes. Despite ordering omelets and waffles at the table, they were being prepared at the bar on small cooktops. Waffle arrived cool enough that butter wouldn't melt on it. Coffee also took at least 10 minutes to be served- mine was hot while my wife's was lukewarm at best. Music was being played over a speaker in our dining room, but different music was being played over speakers in the adjacent bar area and the two clashed and interfered with each other. Overall we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, but the lack of attention to detail makes us question a return trip."
